Took my car and had it washed it was horrible they had to do it over three times I still left with dirt on my car and inside won't be back

Nice staff, they can do better with the interior cleaning though, too pricey for the end results you get. Exterior carwash is okay, air drying could be way better. Good car wash place, still have room from improvement.

Their service sucks!!! They left trash in there. This was earlier today never again will I go back, if I do I’m just going through to get the outside of my vehicle washed only!!!! Smh bad service the one on Uvalde!!!

Paid for a wash, car wasn't properly washed and couldn't use vacuum services without paying again. Every other location let's you use vacuums with wash except this location. Never again will they get my services

My viechle was damaged on my back tailgate all scratches My side drivers back side scratches also I told manager and she quickly got on the defense saying that it couldn't have been the machine

Horrible place DONT take your vehicle here, they charge $40 for delux cleaning but they can’t even clean the dash board or around it it’s a simple wipe down!!!! they honestly do a horrible job…

My one star rating has nothing to do with the employee's that washed my car. They did amazing, and always do. My problem is that the car wash took the spoiler off my car as it was going through, the guy who found my missing spoiler in the car wash did an incident report and said I would hear from someone in 3 days and it's been 5. I tried calling today and got no where.

I came here the last couple days as a third party and I just wanted to say that the employees here are super kind, friendly and welcoming! Great customer service! I'd highly recommend this location to any and everyone!

I came here to get my car wash paid 46 plus the dollar each of the rubber floor mats i had... so i paid 50 bucks... the car washes i go to the guy after he waves that my car is done tell me why i go to check the car it had still sand in my seats so i tell the guy hey yall didnt vacuum right hes like well we cant get everything off maam its probley really in there... i said ok so i hit the seat the sand comes flying up he gets his towel and wiped it and it came off easy then they didnt bother to clean the back of my car trunk that had sand also the guy cleaned it... then u know how sometimes u get out the car and leave scuff marks on bottom of the door well they didnt clean that either... and i told the guy to do it and he did it but u can tell he was annoyed... dont let me get started on the rims... they were not clean nor the car on the outside i still had bird poop stuck on the car in different places ... he sprayed windex and it came right off... if this was a 10 dollar car wash i would of been like ok thats fine u get what you pay for... but i paid 50 bucks i espect my car to be spotless... i will not be coming back
