I have been using this location for almost three years now. I also have had two different prescription plans. They notified me when my prescription is ready to be picked up. When I go in they have it ready. Never had any problems here.

Horrible customer service. Not very helpful with any medication. I had to go back three different times and make a phone call about a prescription that THEY kept messing up.

Had some prescriptions sent to this pharmacy after getting a new PCP and had issues with insurance. The man I spoke to on the phone was extremely rude and unhelpful and suggested I call my insurance. When I called my insurance, they couldn't find an issue so I called back and the same man continued to be rude. Transferred my prescriptions to Walgreens and when I ran into the same problem they IMMEDIATELY were helpful and suggested solutions. It's not worth dealing with the rude staff at this location especially since these are people we see consistently and never receive good customer service. Go to the Walgreens on Silverbell instead.

We followed the process and made online appointments for flu shots. We arrived a few minutes early and had to wait 45 minutes! There was a female pharmacist who said she was the only one who could give the shot, but we sat there and heard her on the phone refilling prescriptions the entire time. I don't understand why she couldn't take 5 minutes to give us the shot while we were waiting in person. Don't waste your time coming here for any vaccines.

This CVS has declined considerably over the last six months. I take an injectable medication but this store is always out of the necessary hypos and needles. They provided me the wrong ones on several occasions and many times had none (am I supposed to drink it?). When I complained a young woman (trainee) was rude and told me they had other customers (apparently all deserving better service than I). Every time I go it is new faces and the tell me "this is not my regular store". I get messages saying that my doctor hasn't approved my prescription but when I check with my doctor she says they never contacted her. When I got syringes and needles for my liquid medication (I need a long needle to extract and a short finer needle to inject) the gave me a syringe that wouldn't connect to the syringe provided. When I went back one of the staff grabbed a syringe from my bag and was able to screw on the second needle and said to me "simple it is like Archimedes screw" ( like I'm an idiot) but it turned out he picked the one and only compatible syringe in the bag. I was able to show them the problem and they replaced the syringes but that was days later. the staff that used to be there was much more efficient, professional and courteous but now it seems they are mostly rude, unqualified and argumentative. It seems as if most of them are trainees but they have them talk to the customers. I would not recommend this store to anyone. Walgreens and Safeway are across the street and Albertsons is just down the street, save yourselves a headache and use them.

These guys are stunningly slow. Prescriptions can be in, they confirm it, and takes a few days to fill. They have had some outstanding pharmacists come through, but seem to keep losing them. If good people come and go, I'm thinking trouble with the management. Am looking for a new pharmacy. Even a new CVS

Short white male at the pharmacy who gave me my COVID shot was rude. Staff at checkout is always nice but the pharmacy always seems to have issues.

extremely disgusted with the pharmacy it over over 24 hours to fill a prescription when I called to get an estimate on when it would be ready the guy that answered the phone was rude and unprofessional. It was a new prescription and I was never once asked if I wanted to talk to the pharmacist. the guy at the window had an attitude the whole time needless to say I will never return.

We were very pleased with this CVS until the staff we liked there were completely replaced by people who are totally inept. They will tell us our scripts are ready for pick up, we show up to pick them up and they are not ready. It is always another 15 to 20 minutes or more to wait so we ultimately wind up going home and going back the next day. They automatically fill my scripts and screw up my mail order scripts. They get easily frustrated. I wish I knew where the old staff went, probably got burned out working during the covid pandemic. Terribly disappointed that this continues at this CVS. I hope someone who can improve the situation there reads some of these reviews.

The pharmacy manager is incredibly rude and officious. Just be sure you don't care or expect any kind of customer service and you'll be satisfied with your visit.

Was supposed to have a Covid test done today. Went for my appt only to be told the NP should have contacted me to cancel as she wasn't coming in. I was super upset as I'm flying internationally on Wednesday and had to have a test today in order to get the results back in time before my flight! After stressfully looking around, thank God, the CVS on Speedway could accommodate me. I know these things happen but with all the stress of the upcoming trip I didn't need to worry about driving around all over town, in this heat, looking for somewhere else to take the test today.

Crystal in the pharmacy was very rude and made assumptions about us. No one picking up medication should be degraded and made to feel inadequate.
