The employees are very aware of customers, as they should be. It does not take long for somebody to help you when you need it, and they're itching to teach you about whatever it is they can.
This establishment is welcoming. There is no pressure, go ahead, search and search and search for the perfect firearm (a new bestfriend).
I will say that the parking lot can be easily cramped or limited on busier days. Don't block someone in! It's not nice.
The size of the store is small, on busier days you will find yourself navigating tight rows and excusing yourself to meander past fellow customers.
Definitely recommend doing business here. No issues for me

One of the coolest gun stores in town! Reminds me of the old Tucson I grew up in. Special thanks to Tom for helping me find the right ammo. I totally recommend Murphy's to anyone.

Went to pick up a transfer today and was greeted well and everything went smooth and easy. I was even helped by a guy who had just started working there an had zero issues. Great shop!! ?

Great customer service, friendly staff, amazing collection of guns/knives, and knowledgeable. If they do not have it, they will point you in the direction of who does. I have already been recommending them and have made them my local gun shop.
