Staff was friendly and very helpful! We were greeted as soon as we walked in and asked if we needed help. They took us directly to what we were needing and got us checked out quickly.

We purchased a guitar for my son today. The whole experience was amazing. We went home and he used the guitar with a strap and the strap came off causing the guitar to fall and break. We took it back to the store and they were very understanding and replaced the guitar.
