The boss has a very bad attitude and speaks in an imperative tone, which is very unfriendly and not suitable for doing business. He should leave the store so that there will be more customers. Other people are very nice.

I love getting my nails done here, the employees are kind, they listen, and they’re very inexpensive compared to most areas. They also let you know exactly what you’re paying for.

I enjoy the service and they usually always do a good job. My only complaint is that on saturdays they bring their children to work and that would be fine if the kids weren't screaming and fighting at the top of their lungs. They don't bother telling the children to calm down or even take them outside to give customers a break from all the yelling. I will never return on a Saturday again. It's quite miserable to sit through. If you're looking to relax do not go here!!

Don’t ever complain or they will refuse you service. Wish I could rate zero stars. I get dip and I am harsh on my nails. However, I asked Tony to do it a certain way and him and his mom (the owners) told me that I can find somewhere else to go “because you complain” when I tried to call to schedule my next appointment. While the nail service itself is good, the customer service is HORRIBLE! Tony sat and watched videos on his phone, he complained the entire first couple of times I went, he never greeted me when I came in, and his mom got very upset with me when they weren’t able to maintain my appointment and I asked if I could just come back the next day. I was a regular customer every 2-2.5 weeks and tipped 20% every time, and was told to no longer come back because I needed my dip thicker than most people. Tony told me he likes to figure out how to help women keep their nails on and “experiment” with new methods… I guess this wasn’t true.
