I am fairly new to Tucson. I picked this place because it was close. I've been a few times now, and can honestly say I will never go anywhere else! They are so incredibly nice, extremely knowledgeable, and super clean! They care about their work, and how their customers feel. A++

If I could give less than 1 I would, nails were chunky and started falling off next day I went back hours were differ than on website not only did they open later but when I went back they just opened she had 2 people waiting and she was in back eating I had to go to infinity nails to repay and they confirmed they had to be completely redone mind you it was a brand new set. Today nail #1 is a joke don't waste your $$.

I walked in the door and asked if they had time for a service and I was immediately told no they were busy. There was no one waiting and I was just trying to kill time.

Staff is rude as hell and they do NOT accept walk ins. Also they open whenever they want, the open and close times that are posted are not accurate.

I don’t usually write negative reviews. And this isn’t even a review of their nail work- I don’t know if they do a good job or if their prices are reasonable. I didn’t get fully inside the door when an employee told me “No. we are busy”. Yikes! It’s true… I didn’t have an appointment. Most places on a Wednesday afternoon would take a walk in, I thought. I wasn’t even given an option of returning later. Maybe I caught them at a bad time? Despite advertising to the contrary, walk-ins are not welcome. Either way, I don’t think I’ll go back to find out.
