Recently bought a pair of shoes claiming they were in stock in the store. As soon as I went to pick it up my order is suddenly cancelled without any notification. The store clerk tells me it hasn't been shipped yet. ?? Wth?? Nothing makes sense with any of these people say.

I visited this store on Broadway in Tucson on New Year's Day to purchase some shoes and had just updated my information with customer service. It was not updated in the system and Jessi D. And the manager worked relentlessly to get my information and ring up the sales. True Nordstrom service!
