This stores manager in Tucson is the rudest individual i have had the pleasure to meet in this gorgeous town. Her partner in crime, Suzanne is worse. This store sold me a pair of shoes that are 2 different sizes and will NOT compensate me with a discount or credit on a new purchase. Suzanne directed me to apply for a TDD Bank credit account to save 40, instead it was Chase Bank and the denied me costing me 20 pts on my credit score.

Worst and most embarrassing shopping experience I've ever had....this was over a year ago I stopped in and started to shop to shop and as I entered the store one of the employees with dark hair kind of medium build followed me from all to all she literally every time I looked up she was right beside me every time and then I asked her if she was following me and she was real ugly towards me and not polite at all it made me so uncomfortable I went to the manager and told the manager and she laughed about how upset I was and she had short black hair and it was just the worst experience ever and I would never ever go back to Nordstrom rack I contacted the corporate office they did send me $100 gift card but I still haven't used it because I refuse to shop there

I want to give a 5 star or at least a 4 star but, just like everywhere else, they don't have hardly any XXL or XXXL. Get with the program over 60 some % of America is big like me. I want to spend my money here but your sizes hardly allow it!

Use to be far netter brands and selection both for men and women. The shoe department selection for better shoes has really gone down in the past 3 years. Mens better brands for shirts also has gone down.
