Worst logistics service ever. After updating shipping info three times with customer service, package is still undeliverable. I can't wait to see what other excuse they give for not delivering, this time was due to no acces code. Don't have gates where I live. They are the worst.

Promised a package on Thursday. Today is Christmas Eve and I'm sure I won't get it. Everyday I get a text that says it's out for delivery, then later a text that it's been delayed. After reading the reviews I have no idea why any company would use them. Really Best Buy? Look somewhere else.

Worst company ever! Dont even deserve 1 star! Should be Zero! The driver or employees are stealong packages worth $200. Even customer Service is no Help at all!
