This place is terrible. My boy friend has to go through them for his Crohns, he has to push his infusion back because Option Care lacks basic organization skills and is incapable of getting his infusion kit to him on time. It's ridiculous, stay away from this company if you can. He's had nothing but problems and it just blows my mind that a company that is based around people's lives and well being can be so careless.

After sending me the wrong medication for the sixth time they have cancelled my treatment despite their own incompetence. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Unfortunately, I am stuck with this garbage company. They have sent me the wrong medication four times. This is not a joke. Four times. Avoid them if possible.
