Always knowledgeable and helpful parts professionals. As a mechanic with over 30 years of experience, this is the first place I go to for parts. Not only for my clients, but my personal vehicles as well. Quality parts and appropriate prices. I try to return a part @ this store that was under warranty and Chris the assistant manager didn’t want to honor me the guarantee. I ask him why and he started to raise his voice. I left the store and decided to go to a different O’Reilly in town and they in fact return me the money in 5 minutes.Chris need to be trained on how to deal with customers. His customer services is not good. I call him back to let him know that I got my money back on another store and he hang the phone on me. ☹️☹️.
