This is an excellent business. The manager has a great relationship with his employees and it makes a difference. The employees are all very friendly and helpful. I visited the store to purchase a replacement battery and socket wrench expecting to swap out the old battery at home later, but the manager offered to swap it out on the spot. The whole process took about ten minutes and the manager and employee did a careful job. I trust these guys way more than the dealership.

Richard helped us today,he was very helpful. He installed a new battery for me and tested it to make sure I was good. He let me know it was my starter that needed replacement. Definitely mine and my husbands go to place for parts

Everybody was really friendly at this location!! I was greeted right when I walked in. David the manager even came to check on me and helped me with what I needed. A++++++ service!! Highly recommend this location!

They were extremely helpful, even explained how to find the light bulbs we needed for the car. Very polite and wonderful sales people. Got us the best price. The person who left when we came in, ran into us in another store and asked if we the other salesperson had found our stuff. Great customer service!

Not sure what happened to this place, but I loved them when they were across the street. Now, seems new employees—like LAZY(Robert) just don’t care about customer service! ?Ive only been to this new location a handful of times but this will be my last…. Had Robert again… he has NO sense of customer service…I watched him make a very elderly/obviously disabled woman walk across to grab a HUGE heavy jug of fluid and didn’t even offer to carry it fir her to the register! He just stood there staring at her struggling! (The store was empty except myself and the old lady) She asked him for help putting her windshield wipers on and he grabbed the two small wipers and darted out the door, leaving her again to carry the heavy jug! I heard him ask if he could also fill the wiper washer container and he literally laughed at her, and walked away… spent a few minutes talking to some friends of his… and then just went inside the store. She thanked him for doing the wipers but he NEVER said a word… no your welcome, nothing… just ignored her and went in the store!I work on my cars all the time and utilize your store… but this is the second time I’ve heard or witnessed this Robert kid just being borderline rude to an older woman! He’s LAZY!!!!!I watched this lady struggle lifting the very heavy old van engine hood and lift the tub of fluid and Robert just watched… no offer to help! ? (I’m in a wheelchair or I would have offered)I’m done with O’reilly! Until you hire “men” and not little lazy boys… I won’t be back!

Our battery was going bad and I called O'Reilly to confirm we had purchased our battery there in 2019 and we were still within the 3 year warranty period. I drove over there (after I got a jump to get my car started!), and Leo swapped out my old battery for a brand new battery. It was very seamless and pleasant experience!
