Yeah, car dealers get a bad rap. Maybe for good reason. There are definitely bad experiences to be had, but what can you say? You're dealing with cars.This review is for the service department. I couldn't be happier. I took my 2014 C7 Corvette in to have several things fixed. The previous owner(s) were idiots and really did not take good care of this prime vehicle. There were definitely issues. Long story short, one part they were replacing was not to be found anywhere in the country. Also, the GM supply chain was definitely slowed down as this part was listed as "you'll get it someday, maybe in two weeks, maybe in two years." So Ricky went to work and had his people look everywhere, in every salvage yard of the country. They found one and had it shipped. This also saved me some money being a used part. Another part it needed was also on this special back order. It was a cracked oil pan. After no luck finding even a used one, they figured out to have one of their specialists weld the crack. Done.They have a nice waiting area should you choose to stay and wait. Seating with laptops and devices in mind. TV. A snack/meal bar with decent food.These car dealers are way busy these days. Ricky communicates with me as best he can and keeps me updated. He has gone the extra mile in taking care of my and my car. Thanks, buddy!5* = A top favorite. Mind-blowing good. I will definitely return and I will go out of my way to go here. Worth every dime of my money.4* = Outstanding. Tucson-top-tier. Some elements not quite as good as it gets, but it still is worthy of my regular business.3* = Good experience. I might do repeat business if it is convenient, the only option, the only one in its category, or on a whim, but would not be among the first thing to come to mind. Would definitely recommend you trying it to get your own take on it.2* = Not so good. Would not recommend at all. Waste of money.1* = How are they still in business? Stay away at all costs!

I had an oil change and wheel rotation done and received a 100% excellent vehicle inspection. A few weeks later after the car had been parked and not driven since that visit, I went to run an errand and saw a warning light on. I tried to get in touch with someone to discuss what I had discovered but got transferred to many areas where I was put on hold or got no answer. After attempting many times to get help I finally spoke to someone and explain my reasons for calling. I spoke to someone and was directed to bring the car in be checked. I was told that a rat/mice had chewed on an sensor. The car has been always been parked in the same place for over 2 years with no issues with any warning lights of any kind. Within the weeks of this visit I'm out of $400+ for this repair. The parts doesn't show any chewing of any kind but a few sharp cuts. This company and their representatives have shown no integrity or customer service. I feel that this was a scam and I will never trust my vehicle in their car again. I have had this car brand new since 2017 with only 27,000 miles driven. It doesn't make sense that this has happened just being in their care after a 100% inspection. May God judge between me and this company.

Received a repair estimate from their body shop, back on 7/18/2023. It was for a right-rear door handle. The estimator said they would get the part in and call me when they were ready to install it.After not hearing from them for over a week, I called to see if they got it. They said the estimator was "out to lunch" and would call me back. He didn't. This happened two more times. I told the guy who answered that the estimator wasn't very good at returning calls. He assured me that he would make sure he did this time. He didn't. I waited a couple of days and called back again. The guy who answered said he would get him. When he finally answered, he said, "We have the part, I'll get it to my body shop for paint and I'll call you back to probably get it done this week. That was Monday. This is Friday. Still, no word from him. Looks like I'm going to have to get it done somewhere else.

Horrible horrible service to get your car serviced. The last two times we brought our cars here for simple oil changes, bear in mind this is two different vehicles, we have had nothing but issues. Oil was leaking from my car after bringing it a couple months ago, and we brought it back and they told me we had a leak. After washing the messy oil change job they did off the bottom of my engine, there was no leak to be found. We parked it in the carport and not a single drop of anything was leaking. Not to mention my tire sensor magically went out about 15 miles after the oil change. I knew it was more than a coincidence even though people tried to tell me my sensor battery just died after a certain amount of years. I knew that was not the case when lo and behold it came back on after Costco did a tire rotation. Today we brought our other vehicle here for an oil change. Same damn thing, tons of oil leaking on the carport after we brought it home. When you bring your car to a dealership and not Auto Zone or some cheap service place you expect a high quality of service, not this BS job that ORielly has done the past two times we've had service with them. This place employs a bunch of messy crooks, do NOT get your car serviced here.

terrible experience with Parts and Service--Parts still unresolved. A month ago I needed to get a new key and fob. Ok getting key. Paid also for fob--still don't have it. Evidently first order wasn't adequately entered. Re-ordered. Still no fob. SERVICE--2016 Tahoe--in my opinion a lot of baloney, like, "Oh, the technician has it up and is looking at it now..." 2k, with 5-7 hours of labor at $190/hour, to change/flush fluids, front and rear differential service, new battery and put new cabin filter in. Seven page bill--even cashier couldn't decipher! In addition to separate fluid charges, we have "Kit" (?) and "Shop Supplies" charges for each item of work. Then, upon picking up car, A/C began making horrible noise. Three days the car was back in--"no one has had a chance to look at it." Yet, mysteriously noise is gone. Possible something wasn't finished properly w cabin filter; must have tended to that and didn't tell me? We have been driving and servicing Chevys for 45 years--never had such an unpleasant experience. But--Thank you to two other service reps who pitched in when it was evident that my rep could have cared less.

I recently hit a piece of metal while driving and had to have my car taken to the collision center for repairs to the tire and wheel well. The tires were warrantied through another company. The team in the collision center worked with the company the warranty was with and got the new tire and also ordered the new material for the wheel well. They regularly contacted me to keep me updated and had the car just under a week. The staff were all friendly and helpful, and I'd recommend ******** for any work needing to be done.

My family has purchased three vehicles from ******** since 2019. One was used and the other two were new. I never had a problem with any of the vehicles. I leave a four star instead of five because there were some areas for improvement, but the overall experience has been pleasant all around. My first vehicle as used, but in excellent condition and never had any problems. The second vehicle purchased was late on a Saturday so financing couldn't be 100% completed, but on the following Monday the finance department got everything locked in. On the third car purchase there was a slight hiccup on the finance side, but it got worked out after a few weeks. Overall, I'd give the sales and finance team high marks. The service team I've had nothing but praise for. I've only had service done on my newer vehicles at the dealership and typically get in and out on time. Most recently, I've had to utilize the body shop. It's the first time I've ever needed to use one. I worked with both ******* and ******; both were helpful and friendly. They ordered the part and since the vehicle was drivable I brought it in once the part had arrived. They had the vehicle for a week. The only area of improvement I could recommend was better communication since it was lacking somewhat in the beginning, but when that problem was brought up they promptly corrected it and gave regular updates. This was valuable to someone who has never been through the process of body work and an insurance claim before. Since my vehicle also had some missing microchips that were in, they made sure that was taken care of too even though it was warranty work that had nothing to do with my repair claim and kept us in the loop as things progressed They also made sure I was satisfied at pickup and walked me through everything. The truck looked new again after they also gave it a detail. No business is perfect, but after dealing with just about all the different departments at ********, I would recommend them to anyone.

I hate coming to this place. They up-saled me on this Auto Butler paint protection which is supposed to be a warranty that protects against environmental damage, tree sap, bird droppings, SUN fading, and oxidation. This dealer add-on SUCKS ... if you are thinking of getting it don't waste your money. Check the BBB and see all the complaints about the program. For me, it sucks because I go there with a clean washed, and waxed vehicle and when I drive out my vehicle has water streaks and needs to be rewashed and waxed again... total waste of my time. But the worst part is the HORRIBLE customer service there ... I've seen better customer service at Mcdonald's. Don't get Jasmine as your service consultant, she treated you like your an idiot, "her two favorite things to say are "Stay in your car" and "That wasn't listed on your online invoice" It is like she hates the customers ... she tries to piss off everyone. Plus the wait time there is horrible ... 3 hrs minimum to do any one thing.

Our vehicle was recommended by Progressive to go to this collision center. They've had my vehicle for 2 and 1/2 months. They've ordered multiple wrong parts, lost parts, and now have to order a part that is nationally on backorder with no idea as to when it will be ready. There has been no accountability. Albert, Eli, and Chris have worked with our vehicle. At this point I have lost all faith in their skills and competence. I now have gone to Progressive. Progressive is embarrassed by their preferred shops performance. I have not been updated on an actual date of completion. So who knows if I'll ever see my vehicle again. Literally use any other shop.

STAY AWAY! Stay away from the service department! I purchased a new 2023 Chevrolet Traverse. Went to get my first oil change and was told it would be a 1.5 hour wait. 1.5 hours later, Joey comes and tells me it's going to be another 1.5 hour wait! 3 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. STAY AWAY. I should have read the reviews first!

I have bought 3 new vehicles which were great , recently decided to buy a truck a used truck. I was promised window tint which I was charged for $500+ dollars for . Ive sent several messages and called , they don't reply. Also the windshield was cracked in two places which I didn't notice because the windshield was covered with for sale decals . The bottom line they made a sale and that's all they care about . A lot has changed in the 25 years I have dealt with this dealership. Damn disappointed
