These guys bailed me out big time. Had my truck serviced elsewhere and they screwed up. Thanksgiving week they got me in and straightened out so we could get back to our vacation. Great customer service.

Yeah, car dealers get a bad rap. Maybe for good reason. There are definitely bad experiences to be had, but what can you say? You're dealing with cars. This review is for the service department. I couldn't be happier. I took my 2014 C7 Corvette in to have several things fixed. The previous owner(s) were idiots and really did not take good care of this prime vehicle. There were definitely issues. Long story short, one part they were replacing was not to be found anywhere in the country. Also, the GM supply chain was definitely slowed down as this part was listed as "you'll get it someday, maybe in two weeks, maybe in two years." So Ricky went to work and had his people look everywhere, in every salvage yard of the country. They found one and had it shipped. This also saved me some money being a used part. Another part it needed was also on this special back order. It was a cracked oil pan. After no luck finding even a used one, they figured out to have one of their specialists weld the crack. Done. They have a nice waiting area should you choose to stay and wait. Seating with laptops and devices in mind. TV. A snack/meal bar with decent food. These car dealers are way busy these days. Ricky communicates with me as best he can and keeps me updated. He has gone the extra mile in taking care of my and my car. Thanks, buddy!5* = A top favorite. Mind-blowing good. I will definitely return and I will go out of my way to go here. Worth every dime of my money.4* = Outstanding. Tucson-top-tier. Some elements not quite as good as it gets, but it still is worthy of my regular business.3* = Good experience. I might do repeat business if it is convenient, the only option, the only one in its category, or on a whim, but would not be among the first thing to come to mind. Would definitely recommend you trying it to get your own take on it.2* = Not so good. Would not recommend at all. Waste of money.1* = How are they still in business? Stay away at all costs!

This is the absolute worst service department EVER!! YOU ARE BETTER OFF FINDING A MECHANIC TO WORK WITH. O'REILLY TAKES UR CAR AND THEY DON'T GIVE YOU ANY UPDATES AFTER KEEPING UR CAR FOREVER! I DON'T HAVE THE MEANS TO AFFORD A RENTAL WHILE MY CAR IS BEING SERVICED MIND YOU UNDER A WARRANTY THAT IS COMPLETELY USELESS WHEN THE COST GOES BEYOND THE DEDUCTIBLE! I HATE IT HERE!!! And to top it off some idiot splattered coffee or something on my ceiling tf! They didn't change my engine air filter or service my parking break ? horrible service

Booked an appointment, requested a rental car. This was Monday 8/7. Was told, very busy, over booked, I would hear by end of week.A Lyft driver took me to Hertz, where I had been told, and thought a request for a car had been put in. No request. No car available. I was abandoned. Luckily, there is Enterprise, who had a car, twice what I thought I was paying, and they came and got me.I call Thursday, told car in diagnostics.Call Friday 11 am, ask for update, need to extend rental if necessary. Missed call at 1:15 pm. No messageCall I evening, told car not even assigned a tech, very busy. Car just brought in looking at 13 days before tech could see it.No idea, when my car would even be diagnosed.I am done with Tucson Chevrolet, at either dealer.Watson left me afraid to drive my car. O'Reilly books under false appointments.

Received a repair estimate from their body shop, back on 7/18/2023. It was for a right-rear door handle. The estimator said they would get the part in and call me when they were ready to install it.After not hearing from them for over a week, I called to see if they got it. They said the estimator was "out to lunch" and would call me back. He didn't. This happened two more times. I told the guy who answered that the estimator wasn't very good at returning calls. He assured me that he would make sure he did this time. He didn't. I waited a couple of days and called back again. The guy who answered said he would get him. When he finally answered, he said, "We have the part, I'll get it to my body shop for paint and I'll call you back to probably get it done this week. That was Monday. This is Friday. Still, no word from him. Looks like I'm going to have to get it done somewhere else.

Horrible horrible service to get your car serviced. The last two times we brought our cars here for simple oil changes, bear in mind this is two different vehicles, we have had nothing but issues. Oil was leaking from my car after bringing it a couple months ago, and we brought it back and they told me we had a leak. After washing the messy oil change job they did off the bottom of my engine, there was no leak to be found. We parked it in the carport and not a single drop of anything was leaking. Not to mention my tire sensor magically went out about 15 miles after the oil change. I knew it was more than a coincidence even though people tried to tell me my sensor battery just died after a certain amount of years. I knew that was not the case when lo and behold it came back on after Costco did a tire rotation. Today we brought our other vehicle here for an oil change. Same damn thing, tons of oil leaking on the carport after we brought it home. When you bring your car to a dealership and not Auto Zone or some cheap service place you expect a high quality of service, not this BS job that ORielly has done the past two times we've had service with them. This place employs a bunch of messy crooks, do NOT get your car serviced here.

DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!! I purchased my 2018 Ford focus here 7 months ago. Its still under warranty. Took it in for service on May 13th 2023 for the A/C. It was blowing hot. Ray my service advisor told me it would be $180 for diagnostic. 2 weeks later and I never received a single phone call. I had to call 3 times on May 27th 2023, and was told Ray wasn't working that day but my car was ready. I showed up to orielly chevrolet service department and Ray was sitting at his desk! He informed me the cost was now over $300 because he put refrigerant in my car without my permission. Also the $180 diagnostic had no information on it whatsoever! I just wanted my car back so I agreed to pay. Upon inspection of my vehicle however, the A/C was still blowing hot and there was ZERO pressure in the A/C line. I returned my vehicle to the service department because I paid for a service and product I NEVER received. Also he refused to refund my money. Then almost 2 months later I get notified my A/C is "fixed" but the car will no longer go into reverse. I highly suspect the service department of deliberately causing the failure of my transmission as it was in their possession for months after trying to scam me! As well as the incompetence of Ray in making me pay for a service that was never performed on my vehicle. This is a scam!!! This will most likely be a consumer fraud issue but I want to let as many people as possible know of my experience with Ray and the service department at orielly chevrolet.Service: Air conditioning

I had an excellent experience. My car was brought in for a recall. But I also needed a remote matched to the car. Richard, my service advisor took care of the remote. No charge. The whole experience was seamless. Would definitely go there again.

Never could connect or speak to a service advisor. I tried 4 to 5 times by phone, just to hear the phone ring over and over. Don't recommend this place. Keep your commercial going that's the only way people know you exist.

I bought a Nissan Sentra in September 2021 for about 10,000 and just this weekend the car started to act up not accelerating having transmission problems, transmission is slipping. The car is not drivable. Worst experience ever I trusted this company to purchase a reliable car and not even 2 years I’m having transmission problems. I’ve been calling to see what I can do. What solution they can offer me but this company is unprofessional not returning my calls. Not taking care of their customers!!

This place has really gone downhill in the last few years. We've had so much trouble getting appointments, getting service done correctly or at all... getting things done in a timely fashion is impossible. One of the trucks has been in four times for the same problem since the beginning of the year and they still didn't get it right. I waited more than twenty minutes just to get acknowledged on arrival, and no less than six employees refused to help me or even to find someone who would. All of them were rude about it, and one actually said "Nah, someone else will be along in a little while." I finally went in to find my service advisor (Ray Garcia) and he literally looked me in the face, walked into the back, and didn't return until he thought I'd left. Took it to a different shop who had it right in four hours and at a better price. We learned one of the "repairs" was done incorrectly and was actually dangerous. We will use a different shop from now on for all of our trucks/SUVs, and I'll drive all the way out to another city when I need to buy the next one.

I hate coming to this place. They up-saled me on this Auto Butler paint protection which is supposed to be a warranty that protects against environmental damage, tree sap, bird droppings, SUN fading, and oxidation. This dealer add-on SUCKS ... if you are thinking of getting it don't waste your money. Check the BBB and see all the complaints about the program. For me, it sucks because I go there with a clean washed, and waxed vehicle and when I drive out my vehicle has water streaks and needs to be rewashed and waxed again... total waste of my time. But the worst part is the HORRIBLE customer service there ... I've seen better customer service at Mcdonald's. Don't get Jasmine as your service consultant, she treated you like your an idiot, "her two favorite things to say are "Stay in your car" and "That wasn't listed on your online invoice" It is like she hates the customers ... she tries to piss off everyone. Plus the wait time there is horrible ... 3 hrs minimum to do any one thing.
