Checked website & called corporate line to verify the status of the dining room, and both said it was open. Called the actual store several times but got no answer. Took a chance and drove the 40 minutes there to find the dining room was still closed. Sign on the door says they have a mechanical issue as it has had since it first closed the indoor dining. I will not be driving here again. Went to a different restaurant with indoor seating.

Great tasting food, and the staff are really nice and friendly despite them having to deal with the dining-room being closed for repairs. Weather was nice for the patio seating that’s available.

Patio dining is the only option available, so we sat on the patio. The advertised 3 course dinner was not available, and we didn't ask why, so I'm not sure if we could have gotten it on request or not. I love the coconut shrimp and always get it. I hope they open the dining room before it gets too hot to sit outside. The food at this location is always great.

You only can eat outside or take out as they have not fixed the roof from a storm last Dec of 2023.. poor staff has to find others full-time jobs..

Dining area was closed but you could eat outside or take to go. Not what we are used to. So we left for a different indoor dining restaurant.

i ordered take out the other night and I had so many questions for the to go person on the phone and she was so patient with me! For appetizer me and my bf shared the Aussie cheese fries and we asked for extra ranch and the to go girl made sure there was some in the bag. If you’ve never had their ranch I definitely recommend it! I had the BEST Alice chicken with a loaded baked potato and broccoli. phenomenal! we will be back soon.

Love celebrating any occasion here! Great food, attention to detail and great staff!Can’t wait for the remodel to be done however take out service is excellent, tasty, always on time and hot served!

OMG! Wow wow wow!!! Ashley took care of us for to go and she did amazing! Answered all our questions and made sure everything was in the bag. I will be returning not only for the food but for the staff and how friendly and energetic they are.

LOVED IT!!! Staff is so nice, AND the food was perfect. We ordered to go and not only was it ready fast but they brought it out to my car!!! I would come back again with friends in family.

After driving several miles to the Outback, there was a paper sign on the door that they were closed due to michanical issues. Very, very disappointed. Went to Olive Garden for an expensive but good dinner. What a disappointment! In Tucson!!

We order $ 70.00. With Grubhub, just appetizers Friday 3/15/24 evening, the bag was ripped on the bottom. Looks got wet, shrimp plate was almost melted, all plastic containers were in bad shape, food too Salty, I never in my life had ate something that salty, we only ate half of everything the rest went to the trash..it is ridiculous, does the cook, try how salty is the food? I won't buy food from Outback until they correct their service and the salty food.
