This company has very poor customer service. I would not recommend this place to anyone especially if you get long nails. I have been going to this place for over a year just because im new to the state, but everytime i go there the experience gets worse. They are lazy and don't like to do there job. I pay almost 200 everytime i go and have to sit there uncomfortable because they treat me with such a bad attitude. They pass me from one person to another cause no one wants to do my long nails. Remind you that I have never been rude or ugly to them in any way. The price goes upon my set every time I go and I get the exact same length every time minus the design if any. From 80, to 90, then a odd number 93, then 100, then over 100. No one should have to feel like this where you are spending your money. They laugh an talk to others but when I come in it's just attitudes and eye rolling. Im always the only black person in there and they treat me like garbage, snatching my hand with force, making me wait for someone else cause hannah doesn't want to do my nails even though I made a appointment still had to wait for over 30 minutes. Then after my nails was done had to wait 30 or 40 minutes just to get my toes polished no pedicure just polish. I could understand if everyone was busy but people are walking all past me and im just sitting there. They start taking care of people who came after me. I understand if you don't want to do long nails, but they should put up a sign no long nails. Instead of treating there paying customers poorly. I do not recommend this place to anyone at all especially people of color. The management is the one who did my nails to the same one who keeps raising the price on me and who was snatching on my hand. If you want a pleasant and peaceful experience do not go to this establishment.

I typed in google search “where can i get perfect nails near me” and Peach Nails came up LOL.
But I swear EVERYONE here is so talented and have such a delicate work ethic. Everyone that has helped me has given excellent service. I’m extremely picky with my nails and have a hand injury and since the beginning have been so soft and gentle with everything they do. No cuts, harshness, burns, rudeness. and somehow are extremely fast with it too! Everyone is absolute sweethearts here. Havent gotten the names of everyone but slowly look forward to getting to know everyone 🩷🩷🩷🩷

Show me that you truly appreciate me as human being, and you’ve got a loyal customer for life, and that’s exactly what I get from Peach Nails. Cindy and her entire staff treats me like I’m family, and provides a safe place for me to come to. I literally drive so out of my way because this nail salon is more than worth it. From the quality of work and talent, to the cleanliness and customer service, it’s absolutely stellar. Anytime I show Cindy an intricate design, she executes it every time. If I need her to fix my nails for whatever reason, all I have to do is message her via instagram, and with the quickness she replies telling me to come in so she can fix my nails free of charge. Peach Nails is a gem in Tucson, so look no farther when you need the best in nail care, folks!
