I recently needed to get a large, heavy and bulky piece of equipment packaged up and crated for shipping. I turned to Pak Mail and super happy I did. When I walked in, not quite knowing what to do, they reached out to me said it will be all right. And they took wonderful care of me and my equipment getting it all packed up and ready. I worked primarily with Sabrina and Chris at the Broadway store and they really went above and beyond! I would not hesitate to go back and use their services again and highly recommend you do as well. We're lucky to have these people here in Tucson! Picture is the packed equipment.

This is the best shipping business in Tucson hands down! I have been shipping here for the last few years and they have been perfect. Chris is awesome! I have sent people here many times and will continue to refer people here.

Do not work here if you have work related trauma. The program through DKA is not accountable regarding abuse of the employees. Everyone is afraid to stand up for the workers. They will encourage you to complain, but will not help you do it.The owner acted as if we didn't exist. The front lady is insecure and hurtful.They also put an extremely rude "inspirational quote" on my paycheck.

I went to this store for first time today and was treated so well by staff. I needed to not only mail my package but also print off a mailing label for a return package. They had me email my label to them and they printed it off for me. I will be a returning customer for sure.

One of the worst shipping forwarding centers of pakmail, choose another location, they will sit on your packages for weeks without forwarding and they scan duplicate items that keep reappearing in queue after you’ve scanned them for shredding, unfortunately we switched over to them from UPS ACCESS point and boy do we regret it, this is a terrible alternative to ups access points, any positive reviews on pakmail is fake and they provide zero customer support, nobody answers the phone, it’s like nobody works there

They are super friendly and always looking for a way to "make it work." Every time I am there they never say "no" to a customer, always "let's see what we can do." I will take all of my business here, I'm never dealing with the post office ever again.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. They were recommended by Rustica Fine Mexican Furnishing to ship a large $1,300 ceramic vase from Tucson to NY. At first they were efficient and persuaded me to pay upfront over $300 for a wooden crate to be built and insurance cover. When the shipment arrived the lid of the vase had not been bubble wrapped and was smashed into 20 pieces. Fortunately, the main body of the vase was intact because it had been adequately wrapped. The manager Chris Foster never apologised or accepted any responsibility and offered to submit an insurance claim. After I supplied all the necessary evidence and paper work for the insurance there was complete silence. Upon repeated calls, Chris Foster has never been available, always conveniently busy or away from the office, even after the staff promise he will return my call immediately. Now the company has not responded to my email or telephone requests in over 8 months. I have no idea whether an insurance policy was ever taken out or whether a claim was submitted. I have just been dumped, with a $1,300 broken vase that cannot be used. I hope that by posting this review someone at Pakmail will take responsibility and provide follow up on this this case. In the meantime caveat emptor.

They did a great job of packing my bass clarinet but wanted to charge well over $220 to ship it whereas I got a price of $101 from another vendor. Both were by UPS ground. I asked if that was a "round trip" price but they said no, it was for one way.

I have used and loved Pakmail since 2019. The whole team is really awesome and really work hard for their customers. They have mail/package services, personal mail boxes & sell cute socks/cards. The best part is feeling like family while keeping your parcels safe in a temperature controlled store.

Pak Mail US452 gives us superb service. They recognize us when we're arriving for our mail, are quick to grab our oversize packages, hold our mail or forward anywhere at our request, and pack up and ship things we want elsewhere. Affordable quality service sums it up nicely. Tim & Jean

Customer Service is A+++Truth is, I always forget which key chain I have the mailbox key on, and they don't mind grabbing my mail, or letting me know if I have certain mail per my request. Positive vibes, and customer respect seem to be a philosophy at PAK MAIL.Stop in. Show love.
