we got 3 pepperoni thin crust pies , they were gross , it was probably the worst pizza i have ever tasted in my life . it was like chewing on cardboard or something and the flavor was not very good either ....

The calls are outsourced to India. Got hung up on twice for asking them to speak a little bit slowly as I am hard of hearing. Guess I don't need the carbs anyway.

Can't rate the food as I ended up not placing an order. I called in an order and after the intake person tried upsell me the upteenth time, I hung up t me phone. After the first update attempt I was very clear I just wanted a 12 inch pizza, that was all! She kept trying. Heck, in the amt of time she took on the phone I could have made my pizza! Lost a sale today. Went to Peter Piper , who as expected only tried one upsell. Then took me at my word for what I wanted!!

The food was disappointing, unbaked, and probably gave me food poisoning. Also the delivery person didn't do no contact like requested. Originally I was going to give a 2 but when I tried to leave a review on the order through the site it wouldn't let me, just like every other time I have had a bad experience at Papa John's.

*EDIT* THERE NEEDS TO BE AN OPTION ON THE APP WHERE U CAN TYPE IN A FEW EXTRA "COOKING INSTRUCTIONS" FOR YOUR PIZZA! *End of EDIT* CHANGED FROM 4 STARS TO 5 STARS.I think her name is Pedra? but she always makes sure everything with mt order is correct and is always very professional and kind on the phone. I see a woman there, I don't know her name but she's an older woman with glasses and a very short pixie haircut with her natural gray hair. SHE is extremely kind as well and ALWAYS makes sure my order is correct. THIS LOCATION HAS IMPROVED SOO MUCH. With customer service, with everything. PLEASE keep it up!??For ALL PJs-There should be an option to order 12 wings. There is a BIG GAP when ordering wings.NEWEST UPDATE: I'm Very disappointed, I ordered a delivery order a couple nights ago and was then told to pick it up and when I called I was very rudely and Coldy told "fine it'll be a while" I said No I'll just pick it up. I got there, I'm 4 MINUTES AWAY And the delight was backing out as I got there and was Already back when I was leaving, ?♀️ but Ok. It was raining and I Think there was only 1 delivery person so I don't know. But I'm highly disappointed because I feel the customer service used to be the BEST here and has absolutely gone down. I will be keeping track of the food and the service... PS, the older woman that helped me when I picked up my order did take fix it in a way and I DO appreciate that, but it's the customer service that needs work. I take that very seriously. When I'm spending almost $100 on dinner I expect respect. Well it should be given anyways. I went in the service was very good. I sat on a bench inside the store waiting for my pizza to be made last night! As I was sitting I noticed little bugs running all over the floor. They looked like little German cockroaches. Their dozens of them. I even saw them across the floor on the other side of the stores waiting area. I also looked under the bench and their was a long woman's hair. I got my pizza and ate most of it. It was mediocre. I won't be back because I think the place is Vermon infested. I like the service provided but my experience was to foul and dirty to go back.

Awesome pizza, highly fresh and good prices id go for the X large garden fresh and/or the X large tuscon six cheese (this one is much better than the normal plain)
