Pat quickly found out why my sister’s air conditioning did not work on a long trip from Bullhead City to Tucson. A previous mechanic had left the air conditioner “unplugged” which rendered it useless. Even though he was loaded with other customers, he fixed the problem that we thought we would have to wait overnight for.Pat refused to charge her anything for his service!!! Very good and honest service. They really know cars and what work needs to be done. As a woman, I find some shops try to pressure me into work I don't want or need. Not here, they did only what was needed. I will be going back in the future.
