Take your vehcile in for a front end alignment to have the toe adjusted ie the tie rod inner adjustment and they start messing with it trying to ajust camber and these cars don't even have that adjustment so in the end manager comes out brings me in there while I'm there for 40 min tells me a there's a problem I looked he showed me no camber adjustment I said yes that comes like that from the factory then I tell him I needed the front end alignment done which is toe in or out since I had new tie rods put on it and then he says oh look the computer on the rack says model of car doesn't call for camber adjustment I told him I just needed the inner tie rods adjusted cus they were off it over turns do to new tie rod ends and the inner tie rod was off so he starts getting rude with me I said I came in for a front end alignment which means to ajust the toe in or toe out and they didn't even know how to do that then I said get my car off your rack incompetent and totally pathetic made an appointment somewhere to ajust the toe in and out that is part of a 4 wheel alignment and they didn't even do that do the mount that goes to every tire for a true four wheel alignment don't go here totally people don't no anything about front ends of vehicles or cars or 4 wheel alignments steer clear also before I brought the car in it steered almost straight when I leave i notice from him messing with the inner tie rod ends after I leave the car tire was rubbing when you turn the wheel and as well pulls to the left lot and the manager Pablo was rude and didn't even correct what his incompetent tech did to the inner tie rod as well he was telling me the caster adjustment was missing when this car from factory doesn't have them you can only toe in or toe out the inner tie rod ends to do the adjustment these guys are a class clown

Experience the day of repair was great but the lug nuts were not torqued down when put back on my vehicle. Some came off completely after my commute to work. I took it back to have them torqued properly. They did so without hesitation which was great but shouldn’t have happened in the first place.
