So we went to check out this place Today on Memorial Day and the girl that was there was showing us few of the colognes to my son was decent. We decided to purchase one for half price with you can get it 20.00 cheaper on Amazon with the 1/2 price off which we found out shortly after. While we were shopping he decided he liked the other one cause he didn’t like the smell on him that was sprayed by that person n purchased. Didn’t smell right. We both understood it was unrefundable but we can exchange. He went back alone with the product n receipt still wrapped they charge him the full price of the other product instead having the similar 1/2 price from 77.00 to 130.00 of a cologne that’s cheaper then the other one on Amazon .Before purchasing at this place do some price check on Amazon. You may save a lot of money and not be cheated on with amount

The customer service was great but the perfumes they sold my son were way too overpriced!! Amazon and fragrancenet have them for less than $30 each, so he didn’t got a “deal” like they make it sound, the perfumes smell great but if you were a little bit more honest maybe you could have more sales and returning customers

My experience was great. I purchased three colognes. The girl was very helpful very pleasant answer all my questions did not get irritated or upset. That’s the name of the game. They have to sell now if you fall for it, don’t get upset that you may have over paid if you didn’t do your job by looking at the prices somewhere else or online if you want it on the spot get it here if you wanna wait 3 to 5 days buy it online. I will recommend this place if you really want to buy the cologne on the spot but if you’re upset at the prices, maybe you need to buy it online and wait the 3 to 7 business days for some sites to deliver.

The level of professionalism was high. Mia helped me find the Versace Man Gift Set and the Versace Eros Men's Travel Set. The prices were great and the customer service was outstanding.

I visited perfume Paradise this afternoon the worker that helped me was super nice, however I was a little disappointed to find out after I left that the exact same product was available online for $79.05 cheaper.

So I actually meant to write this review back around Christmas time but it bothered me THAT much that when I came across the perfume again just now I remembered to write this review.Long story short me and family were visiting AZ from NJ for the holiday shopping for Christmas presents at the mall. My brother ended up shopping here for a gift for me. He doesn’t know anything about perfumes, just going off what they recommend. They made him seem like he’s getting a deal, they even say “I’ll throw this one in free” and he ended spending around 200 for 2 very very cheap perfumes. They ripped him off completely. I found out how much he spent through my mom because when I immediately saw the perfume I knew it was cheap. Which I don’t care, but it’s the fact that he thought he was getting expensive stuff and it wasn’t. DO NOT SHOP HERE. Or at least look up the price of the perfume before you purchase. I wish I found out while we were still in Arizona.

I went to Perfume Paradise-their 1st floor/ground floor location inside Tucson Mall on Sunday, August 6, 2023 (the store has both a ground level and upper level); Jimena B. was my sales associate and cashier. She offered samples but I just came for one of Paris Hilton's gift sets, and bought more Can Can by Paris Hilton. I love how both levels carry Paris Hilton perfumes and gift sets.

Awful. Do not come here. You can get the exact same perfumes anywhere else for much cheaper. They act like they’re giving you a good deal when in reality they are just ripping you off.I bought 2 perfumes here today and the lady (I don’t remember her name) said she was giving me a BOGO free deal with said perfumes. I ended up spending a little over $200. When I looked up the perfumes online later, I found out I could’ve paid for both perfumes full price for a lot less.I wish I could get my money back, but unfortunately I cannot since they do not give refunds. Truly a disappointing experience.

I found the same perfume they sold to me online for more than half the price. Extremely disappointed that they don’t explicitly state they don’t do refunds before selling to you, it’s pretty deceptive.

Be wary, they'll probably try to sell you a $50 bottle for $180 and won't tell you that they have a no refund policy. Extremely disappointed and won't be going back, ever.

I love perfume paradise and all of their selection of different fragrances. However, there is an employee named Shannelle she was so nice and helpful and patient. I definitely will come back to buy from her ! 10/10

Came in right before close and Melissa was very sweet and attentive despite the time. I told her what I was looking for and she pulled out two perfumes and instantly nailed it. I've always had a hard time finding perfume that I liked and she knew exactly what I was looking for right away. Thank you, Melissa, for making this the best and easiest shopping experience ever :)
