The staff are very rude and they judge every single person that walks inside and don't have any problem voicing it in front of other customers.

We went to get my dog her free gifts for her birthday and were looking for birthday cake/ cookie. The store employee let us know where to find treats. We couldn't find the birthday cookie so got different cookies. When we were checking out that same employee had found what we were looking for and brought them to show us. I was very happy he went out of his way to find that. We didn't even ask him, I think he just heard us talking. I was very happy for his help.

Always a good experience there. I wish they still had pest snails they would give out though. Just the shell was good for the biome of my tank. If anyone knows where to source pest snails ^

My sister has ferrets and she wants more so I took pictures of them for her to see. We love to shop at Petco and our animals love it too.

This stores fish department is disgusting, even cruel. Many of the tanks had a lot of algea. One tank was so full of algea, the fish were getting stuck in it and struggling to get out of it.

Love this location. Friendly staff, and my pick up orders are always ready quick. It's a shame they had to put poles on the carts, had to carry 40lb litter all the way out to my car. They need to get some flat bed dollies. The staff did offer to carry out my litter for me, God bless em.

Very Accommodating. Grooming was excellent and no waiting. The girls are engaging with the animals and their owners. Great customer service!

Lots of pets customer service was amazing I went in there to get some mouse spray for my dogs and they did help me right away
