Great PetSmart. While shopping an employee noticed how much I had an suggested I check the app for the points back for buying over a certain amount and since I originally always take part in them, it was nice to have a reminder as I definitely forgot about it. Cashier was an awesome dude as well and ran out to my car and handed some items I forgot all about. 10/10 store and employees!!

Great place to get a large variety of dog foods and treats. Their rewards program helps keep the costs down. Very friendly and helpful staff.

It's not too busy usually. Good place to take for grooming. Often doesn't have my dogs food.

I absolutely LOVE to spoil my girls. I have 2 small dogs that I take regularly to see the groomers at PetSmart. The groomers are EXTREMELY good at their jobs, and whenever I pick up my furry kids, they're happy, soft, and smell AMAZING! Everyone who works in the grooming department is amazing with my animals. If you're looking to take your pets out for a day at the spa, DEFINITELY check out PetSmart at El Con Mall. Trust me when I say you won't be disappointed.

The El Con Petsmart never has the dog food I need. It is a popular dog food, Purina Pro Plan therefore they should have a better supply. I have to drive to their Grant or Pantano store that always has a good supply. Disappointing that they do not manage their inventory better. This has happened several times.

Best Petsmart in Tucson: well stocked and organized, staff super professional and knowledgeable; Store manager is very attentive, helpful and takes the time to explain and assist new pet owners! This is the only petsmart for my pets and I.
