So I was highly overcharged for this acrylic brush that instantly fell apart when I took it out of the package it also had mold on the bristles (that I did not see until I got home) and they charge me $47 for this monstrosity! Not to mention the monomer that I got from the store does not work at all. It is trash. The store is extremely dirty. Everything is covered in dust. It is highly packed because it’s such a small place. It’s hard to move around in there. I do not recommend the store at all. If I could give it zero stars I would, unfortunately it’s the only nail supply store that I know of open on Sundays :(

Good ole store you can rely on. the only down thing is once you buy it you can't return but you can exchange it (I think so)

I can’t stand going to this place they are rude think everyone is going to steal over priced way to expensive they probably don’t get much business is why they are so expensive. My other original store I get my supplies from was closed and my daughter really wanted her nails done so I had no choice but to come here man I spent 78.00 basically on nothing but monomer and cuticle softener 3 bits and 10 packs the individual packs for 1.50 and it came up to 78 dollars how I don’t know. Ridiculous how they high way rob people in these small chain stores. If you want business act like you do be friendly interact with your costumers. Avoid here go to ez nail supply on Broadway and swan across the street from az pain center next door to the car wash you’re welcome in advance

I called store to check if a specific item was available, and they told me yes, when I tried to ask a follow up question, the man on the phone told me I had to come to the store to help him help me. It was a far drive for me only to find out they did not have the item I needed! Clarification on the phone would have been great, English is not even my first language but I know if someone really cares enough for customers, they will take time to listen to what exactly I was looking for. I was looking for one time use deluxe pedicure sets, comes in 4 steps usually, soak, scrub, mask, lotion, usually go for about $2 or $3, never more than $5 for all 4 steps. The crazy lady had them individually like they opened the packages and wanted to sell me each step for $2. Respectfully I told her she was crazy, and that their store was expensive. The best nail supply store is Andy’s on orange grove and la cholla. EZ NAIL supply is good too, lots of product knowledge, and also nail depot on Broadway is good too. If door is locked , check the business next door, run by same family. Avoid PH , not worth your time or money, also a bit rude but I don’t really care about that , as long as product is worth my $, here it is not :) do better

I love how much stuff is in here! Pretty decent brands too. I am not a tech but more of a nail enthusiast and I hate ordering stuff online so I can literally get everything I need here! And the couple that works here are so cute! I love supporting local businesses and this is a good one if you are in the area. A little bit messy though

I was told on the phone a box of 50 masks was $6.95. When I went in the store they charged me $35 for the box and said no that’s what the price is. He kept trying to get me to buy bigger items and more stuff. I talked to someone else who’s bought masks there before Covid 19 and she said no they’ve always charged $6.95. Price gouging!! I won’t be back. This is the second time I was charged more than the normal price.

I guess if you are a manicurist this would be a great place. But if your just looking simple non bulk, it would not be that great. They never said hello. I had to ask (butting into the longest conversation ever) if they had what I was looking for & they said no. As walking out I saw what I was looking for - but they were ugly...

Prices are good. Small store with a lot of product all cramped in. Owners were very nice to me. Bit of language barrier for conversation but they know what product you need if you ask.

Place is a bit messy, some good prices and wide variety.... The man is very helpful but his wife is very rude and pushy, she has no manners... Would go back for the price but I prefer to go to another nail supply for better customer service!
