It is a small pilot express but it is really great. It is clean. Bathrooms are clean. They are fully stocked with munchies, subway and other goodies you can buy for your vehicle.

Pilot is easily the best truck stop in Tucson—clean, stocked, and run like they actually expect humans to walk through the door. The coffee’s solid, the bathrooms don’t make you question your life choices, and the staff keeps things moving. It’s the one place you can stop and know you’re good to go.

Are usually go there around 2:30 AM in the morning reported some stuff that was going on there on their night shift about a certain cashier came in this morning I saw the monsters was two for one so I got my free monster this morning, but I did not get my free monster yesterday even though I purchased I asked the cashier about that. She ignored me. I asked her again. She ignored me again, and then before I left, she gave me a dirty look. Obviously, she knows I’m the one that says something about her on Night Shift and now she’s making it awkward for me to go in and get my stuff for work now she’s making awkward for me to go in there. This is not right. I am in paying customer

I stopped here to fuel up, get coffee, and use the restroom.
The Good: The women's restroom was clean, and the employees were very nice, especially the man who was working the register. The ground around the outside of the business was clean too.
The Bad: The coffee was terrible. Ugh! It just tasted bad, even after I added whole milk and a lot of sugar. I did not like it! It was some of the worst coffee I have EVER tasted.
There is a Subway sandwich shop in this Pilot Express. There is a burger King right next door. The Burger King and the Pilot Express share a driveway, so it's super easy to get to the Burger King.
I don't know why it's a Pilot Express and not just a Pilot.

Ridiculous. Pulled over to get drinks, snacks and use the restroom. Man was just starting to clean the restroom and refused to allow entry and literally slow walked cleaning the bathroom. I waited 15+minutes. I will definitely start exclusively using Loves (as they will step back and allow people to use it) as there wasn’t any good reason not to allow us to use the bathroom.
