I have rented from Pima Valley Realty twice. I have never had a problem. Repairs were handled quickly. Both times I received all of my deposit back. Twice I was late on rent (less than 30 days) the late fee was applied. I would definitely rent again from them!

I have rented a home from this company on two separate occasions over the past 20 years and they were an excellent source. They are responsive when you need help and price their properties very fair. They have been super on both occasions.
