I rented a Pod because I sold my house. I wasn't sure how long i would need it so I paid for 2 months. Paid over $300
and ended up only using it for 3 weeks. They charged me over $60 to pick it up and now they will not refund the difference that I paid.
I do not recommend this company.

No one ever answers the phone. Delivery dates and times change even after confirming a date and time (and arranging for movers). No one ever calls you back.

Don't use PODS it is extremely expensive. They charge you for every little thing. They charged us to drop off container, the charged us for the time it sat in our driveway, they charged us to pick it up, they charged us for moving it from CA to AZ $3500.00, they charge to drop off the container at your new address, and they charge to pick it up after you empty it, and yes they are still charging the monthly rent the whole time. It was like over $400.00 a month. Just rent a truck and get a regular storage. I'm paying less than $100.00 a month.

Trucked my belongings down to the S Palo Verde Rd, Tucson warehouse and loaded a 16' PODS container. Quick and easy process for a member of the PODS team to bring my container outside for easy loading. I made three trips and had no issues at any time. Now it just has to arrive in NY in one piece.

I originally contacted Pods in June to move me across the country. During that phone call the gentleman made it seem like for my entire trip would be $3400. That’s far from true. Then they added on another $750, now they just added on another $125. Each time updating my original customer Document on their Website. So now all in total as you can see it’s gonna be more like $4400 in counting because they’re not done yet. Also, there was a mixup with when my pod was supposed to be picked up from my old address and it ended up going out two days late, and it took them 10 days to get it to me.

Richard was excellent to work with. A friendly guy and in the heat of the day he took the time to help us with a jammed door which was completely my fault along with shipping shift in the load

PODS has been the worst experience at both ends of my move. Problems happen... I get that. BUT there should be a process in place that the local POD service can assist. I keep getting routed to the Philapines and put on hold. I have been trying to reach the TUCSON ARIZONA office ... to NO avail.

We had a great experience with PODS out of Tucson. We lived in Sierra Vista and Tony delivered and retrieved our POD. Tony was on time, professional, courteous, and freely shared tips on packing the POD and what to do when it's delivered to our new location. I can't think of a better representative for your company - Tony is awesome!
