This is my first time using Toyota collision, and I had a great experience from the beginning to the end. My collision representative was Taj. She was very informative, very helpful and gave me a weekly update on the repairs of my car and where we were at and told me if I had any questions just to give her a call For first time customer the best service ever

Almost everything was very good - quality installation of the new windshield along with calibration of sensors. The only hiccup was check-in. Nobody told me I needed to go to the collision center office, so I gave the greeter may name and phone and they couldn't find my appointment. If you maintaining two sets of appointments at one location, people need to be told where to check in.

Alea and her team did a fabulous job on my xb. Alea dealt with the insurance co., our approvals and the actual work. We are amazed at how she guided our car thru the process. Alea and her team gave us five star service. She even arranged with Henry in service to get our car up to date on our regular services. On the Good side, the employees were all very nice. On the Bad side, Precision took 19 days to work 17 hours and $2900 dollars repairing a rear bumper that had backed into a chain link gate at 4 to 5 mph, Not Good!

I had a mishap with the wiring harness for my truck that caused a Christmas tree effect on my dash, the insurance sent me to a different shop and they didn't fix anything and so I wanted a second opinion and then took my vehicle to precision Toyota and they did an amazing job, my truck wasn't supposed to be finished until the 20th of May and they finished by the 9th and I had my truck back and everything works perfectly now, Jose in the collision center is amazing at keeping you updated on the progress of your vehicle, the staff are amazing at precision and will definitely be returning for future endeavors, hopefully under better circumstances! They truly go above and beyond for the customer!

Service was great. Stopped in with a loose bumper. It was safety issue. I’m from out of town. Issue was taken care of fast and efficiently. Super nice manager and employees. Would highly recommend this dealership.
