It was not a good experience. When checking in, service Tech, DJ Kelly, explained virtually nothing. Never told me how long the wait was going to be(which turned out to be 7+ hours for oil/filter change, battery check, and hood release diagnostic). BTW, if you hear the words, "Diagnostic Needed", be prepared to wait 4+ hours because at that point you are placed in a "Queue". And it is always at the end of the queue so you will have a long wait. I will not come back for an oil/filter change. Because, once again, if you choose this service, you are placed in a "Queue". And it is always at the end of the queue--which makes for a long wait. Because of the Queue, Precision has alotted 1.5 hours to do an oil change. Traditional drive thru oil services can do it in 20-30 minutes and cost 40% less.After this whole ordeal, I did have contact with a service manager and he did answer some questions but didn't feel the need to answer others. I found him to be thin-skinned. Quibbling over $20 shows you how cheap this company can be.I've come here through the years. Overall, the mechanics know how to fix things(5 stars). The service techs(the person behind the desk when you first check-in) are lacking in basic customer service skills(1 star). The overall rating gets an extra star because of the free coffee and quiet waiting area on the 2nd floor that nobody knows about!To the service tech who felt the need to give me a dirty look as I was driving away....it reflects bad on Precision and shows just how unprofessional you are.I will be taking my Toyota service needs elsewhere.

Went in to possibly purchase a vehicle. Just trying to test out the car to see if it fits our needs. Sales guy was rude and offensive asking me if I wanted to get a used car instead. Sorry I didn't show up in my work attire but shorts and a tshirt for Arizona when it's in the 90's is not unheard of. Test drove the car and left. No intention of buying a car from these folks after the initial experience. Called back to get the model and the online sales female. Wow, talk about attitude. Save yourselves and go to a professional dealership, this place is not the place.

Purchased car from AAA Went here for service since 5000 checkup. Have been here several times even without a appointment. Service has been amazing. Always done when they say but usually quicker Even after done always there to answer any questions waiting area is awesome and has free soda

Precision Toyota is the best Toyota dealership in southern arizona, 100%. I took my vehicle to them to fix a factory problem. A week after service, I noticed a very minor problem that I assumed happened to vehicle while at shop. When I took vehicle in Sean helped me sort through the problem and agreed to rectify the situation. From beginning to end I was updated with what was going on and expected ETA. I received vehicle within a timely manner with issue fully resolved. I would absolutely recommend this dealership for any and all Toyota vehicles. The staff is amazing and is 100% there to keep the costumer satisfied. Thank you again Sean, and all service staff at precision Toyota of Tucson!!

This company advertises no mark-ups, but they did add $567 to the MSRP for a carpet mat set and "protection package", which would be mark-ups, on top of a $1095 delivery fee. The financial department pushed several thousand dollars of worthless "security" features by making it sound mandatory. There is no way to cancel these added features.I came to Precision Toyota because I wanted to buy a new car for the first time, but I had a better experience a few years ago at Enterprise Car Sales. They did not push anything extra, and I felt like I understood the process and got what I paid for.

First time car buyer from a dealer, and I had a really good experience here. They sent me a price sheet right away, and there was only one extra fee that I asked them to remove. They were very responsive over email and text and did not make me come in for anything during the negotiation fees. When I came to pick up the car, Ivan helped me and I felt very comfortable working with him. He was genuinely nice (not over the top), answered all of my questions, and I felt no pressure from him at all. The wait time to finance was a little long that day because they were busy but he kept us updated which I really appreciated. I also felt no pressure from Mike in finance. He explained all of the numbers and forms clearly. Definitely coming back here for any future car purchases.

Wendy at the service area called me the other day to tell me that there was a recall on my Tacoma. We set up an appointment for Friday at 7:30. It takes me an hour to drive from the east side of Tucson to Precision. I arrived at 7:30 and at 8am Wendy called me to let me know that the parts department did not have all the parts and I would need to make another appointment. You would think that she would have checked on the availability of the parts. I have dealt with Precision Toyota for the past 30 years and have purchased 6 vehicles. This has really soured me about this service department, not really want to return. I rearranged my day at my business to accommodate the repair. I am going to check if Desert Toyota wants my business.

Buying experience was very positive. Mark helped me look at two used cars and explained everything pretty clearly. I walked in knowing exactly which two cars I wanted to see. Enrique was wonderful getting the title paperwork together. Happy to drive away with a new to me car! Would recommend to any of my friends.

Best new vehicle buying experience I have ever had. Ivan Salazar was the absolute best. Hands down the best experience with a new vehicle salesperson. The vehicle was not on the lot and for the few weeks we waited he was in constant communication with us about the status. Once the vehicle arrived he worked with everyone involved to get us in it asap. He took good care of us and it is truly appreciated. A very valuable asset for Precision Toyota.

I recently drove my 2013 Toyota Avalon all the way from New Orleans, LA to Tucson, AZ, and after the long journey, I knew it needed some serious servicing. Luckily, I had the pleasure of being assisted by David at Precision Toyota, and I must say, he truly went above and beyond to take care of me and my car. From the moment I stepped into the service center, David greeted me with a warm smile and a reassuring demeanor. He attentively listened to my concerns about the car's condition after the cross-country drive and assured me that they would thoroughly inspect and address any potential issues.Throughout the process, David kept me well-informed about the progress and explained the necessary repairs in a clear and understandable manner. Anthony took amazing care of us and worked with us to find us a vehicle when were in a difficult situation. Now I'm riding in a better car on to greener pastures. Very nice not pushy at all. I would recommend asking for him for your next vehicle purchase.
