“So I've been coming here over a year today in a hurry I pulled in this morning got out a gentleman strolling by easily asks how's your morning going to which I replied fast a lot to do today and don't have time for this I asked if I could leave the tank and pay for it now he said no money leave the tank I'll put your name on the cylinder pick it up on the way home as quick as I rolled in I rolled right back out showed up a few hours later tank had my name on it it was already filled went inside greeted warmly everyone says hi gave me a good deal even carried it out to the car while I was inside paying every employee there is always happy friendly and ready to help perfect 10 out of 10 if you ask me”
“I've been coming here for 3 years to fill my travel trailer LP tanks monthly. The staff is excellent! They come out quickly without having to go inside, they are friendly, and payment is fast and simple. Prices are comparable to others or a little less than gas stations. I'll drive past other refill locations to come here for the best experience.”
“The only option we wanted to go with happened to have an indoor temp controlled unit for us. The staff was very helpful and answered all questions. The facility was taken care of and leaving our belongings there was a safety you can't put a price on. We had no issues with insects or critters residing in our items (though we did use totes and not boxes (highly recommend) due to the upkeep and spraying they did. You could see the bodies of the deceased after they sprayed on the outside of the units confirming they do indeed do what they can within their control. Not a complaint, just fact. The carts they supply made the move in and out much easier then if we had to foot it all in/out by hand. The temp control always seemed to work when we would go to the unit and nothing molded or got musty. Granted all items you plan to leave should be taken in consideration, though this would still be my first choice if that option wasn't available.”
“I didn't feel like customer service was high on the list of priorities, I gave an earlier review that was my honest opinion and rated based on my recent experience, however U haul and the manager of this location have reached out to me and apologized and refunded part of my rental fee, which I feel is more than fair and shows they do want their customers to be happy and taken care of and I appreciate them for doing so”
“Fast friendly service and best propane prices around. ~20% cheaper than any chain retail stores by me. No hassle or guilt for “extra work” if you have several containers. If your setup is right you’ll even get your tanks filled without having to unload. Would recommend”

“I tried two different companies before someone recommended this company. The last two companies filled someone else's tank and it was a pain to deal with. I low key had PTSD lol Anyways so happy with these guys. Customer service a 10. The driver made sure to call me and ask if he was at the right tank. I was so happy he did. Really appreciated that. Will be using these guys for as long as I need to fill a tank! Also price was way less then I was expecting.”
“Hal has helped me just about every time I've gone in there. I buy storage units at auction, so I need a trailer often. He is exceptional at his job and has helped in any way he can. The facility and everyone there is top notch. Now yes it's their job, but in a society where customer service is more often less than par. My experience there every time is without a doubt the best”
“I have been going to the Ina Road location for over 20 years. It has always been a great experience. And this last rental experience was seamless. I was in and out of there in under 10 minutes. The gentleman that was taking care of me was extremely pleasant and helpful. Some of the best customer service I have received in a very long time. Thank you.”
“The location is great for me and everyone there (especially the manager) is very friendly. The only downside is that since they aren't super huge, they are sometimes out of certain boxes and supplies.”

Service representative was very nice and efficient. Filled the propane tank on my RV. Quick and easy pay with credit card.”
