Avoid these crooks and elsewhere. Jacked up the rent from $140/mo to $190 and then $240/mo in one years time. Then had the audacity to not refund any amount when I moved units almost 3wks prior to the last day of my billing cycle.

Austin was very friendly and helpful. I was moving stuff out of storage after a long time, and I didn't have a key. He got the lock open and brought me a dolly for the boxes. I thought it was going to be a stressful process, but it wasn't. Austin made it all easy for me, and I appreciate it!

John was incredibly helpful and professional throughout my experience at Public Storage. He not only took the time to explain my options clearly but also remembered me and followed up, which made the whole process feel more personal and pleasant. I don't have a storage unit I was here helping a friend. I do think for most units considering others we've been to. It's just average. Definitely need more carts to bring your item down a long hallway. You need a pass code to exit and the gate box isn't car window ♿ accessible. 😞

I reserved the rental online and was supposed to be there by 10 am and I arrived late and Lacey helped me sorry if I spelled your name wrong. She was working with another lady she was nice too but I did not get her name. She was really kind and took me on a tour to find my perfect storage unit. She talked with me as if we had been knowing each other for years and made my experience there really easy and enjoyable. Very nice clean facilities and friendly atmosphere that I look forward to using.

I came in today and Diane was a great help!! I had just gotten off work and had my kids with me so they were crazy and she was so kind to them and made them smile. A great help and explained everything throughly.

What a pleasure working with this business!
John has been incredibly professional and personable, he talked me through storage options that served what I needed and was attentive through all the procedures. John and the entire staff addressed all of my questions with respect!

The facility was clean and accessing the gate was easy with the app. The administrative side of move out was a smooth process which I was pleased about.
However, there were a couple drawbacks to this public storage location. The climate control was not the most reliable. When I moved in my items in May the AC was functioning but when I returned in August it was warmer indoors than it was outside in the afternoon so unfortunately I had to throw out a lot of heat sensitive items like medication.
Diana is friendly but at times it can be tricky to in touch prompty since the last time I went to the facility on a weekday during office hours no one was there and I was redirected to voice mail.
I would not be opposed to using this storage facility again, but I might consider options better suited for heat sensitive items.
