I've changed my review after a REALLY bad experience 2 months ago. I am glad I gave them a second chance to make it right.The pre-owned sales manager, Alex, and Gabi, the fantastic salesperson who made sure everything was just right, turned it all around. They did everything they could to make it right. Alex gave me a great deal and in the end, I am satisfied with how I was treated, the deal itself was fair, and I can now honestly say I recommend buying a pre-owned vehicle from Quebedeaux. Don't hesitate to ask for Gabi as she's a true blue Rockstar. She will provide you excellent service and she worked hard to have great communication with me. She listened to what was important to me and if she didn't know the answer she found out quickly.I am going to cross my fingers now in hopes that the truck lives up to the deal itself.Thank you Alex and Gabi!

James was very helpful with getting my son a new car. He was very helpful and willing to let us look as many cars my son wanted. He was down to earth and a very nice person. And Alex was willing to help my son keep his payments low and work with on a down payment. Thanks you both for being helpful and nice.

Erik Quezada was brilliant and helped us find our dream car. We knew exactly what we wanted and he delivered!!!! We had been looking for a very specific car and he even helped us personalize ours by recommending changing to black GMC plates. We love it! Shout out to Pua in Collision Services to getting the nameplates changed out on the day of purchase. We highly recommend Erik at Quebedeaux.

I went shopping for a used car with Ethan but I bought a new car instead. Ethan introduced me to Chet Williams in new cars and I purchased a new Buick Encore Gx. Quebedeaux had a great selection of vehicles. The entire staff was friendly and attentive. Luis Cruz was an awesome salesman. He asked the right questions and showed us several vehicles that matches our needs and budget. Luis put my son into a great vehicle at an excellent price. Khalifa Muntasser was an outstanding sales Rep! Went in a little down on my luck about a few things,but came out very highly satisfied with my purchase. This month is my birthday month, so figured I'd treat myself to something nice. I'm always the hard working type doing for others and putting myself last. See the Toyota Tundra online and had to see it in person. Overall I had a wonderful experience, Khalifa treated my kid,wife and I like family. The purchase of our vehicle was good, NOT great ! Our salesman was Great, Don Edwards is one of the best, made sure we had a great experience. The problem we had was the Finance Department. We were required to get a loan instead of paying cash, due to a deal the dealership has with GMC, so we'll make the 3 payments required and pay the car off. The big problem was the finance department, someone dropped the ball. Today is 45 days since our purchase and STILL NO LICENSE PLATE from MVD !!! Luckily when I went to MVD, we were able to use a plate from our previous car we had sold to a private party. When we called Quebedeaux 1 week from the expiration of our temporary place, we were told the paperwork was being processed. The next day, our car's registration was on the MVD website, but still no plate. The one thing that angers me is being lied to.

Shout out to Quebedeaux staff!! Specially Cisco, Perry and Mr. JR. This has been our third purchase here, everything as usual has been very smooth and trasparent. By far the worst experience I’ve had at any car dealership. Other than the two guys that greeted me and gave me their cards, the customer service was terrible. If I could give 0 stars I would. I found a car online that was posted on their website and called soon as they opened to see if it was available. After he “checked” the truck out and said it was available I proceeded to let him know my budget and that I’m driving 2 1/2 hours to get this vehicle so if I can get a deal around my asking price I will make the drive. I was told that I’ve been set up with one salesman and two managers and that I was going to be taken care of. I arrive at the dealership to find out the truck isn’t even there and he tells me there’s no way they can find it. I ask about a similar truck that was on sale and they bring it around. This truck was nothing like the one I asked for but I tried to work with them. They bring out an offer that had NONE of discounts applied to it. He goes back and brings back another terrible offer and now I feel like they are literally trying to scam me. The salesman was so incompetent, I had to take the mouse and show him everything and he proceeded to lie to my face and tell me incorrect information. I had to show him on THEIR website what I was entitled to. He then takes me to their main office to another person. This salesman tells me I can’t get the discounts I’m 100 percent qualified for when their site says I can. He wouldn’t even give me the military discount that I was told I would get at the beginning. I show them the fine print that says I get all the discounts and for them to tell me where it says I can’t receive them. He doesn’t pull anything up and just says “the dealership just can’t give you that”. I drove 2 1/2 hours to be lied to and spoken to like I was d**** I never do negative reviews, but level of disrespect from those two salesmen yesterday could not go unnoticed.

So I had recently inquired about purchasing a 2017 Yukon from this dealership, and upon contacting one of the sales people I had expressed to them that I was living in Phoenix, and that I was very interested in the vehicle, and if they would be able to help me with the sale so I didn’t waste my time driving over four hours that I would be more than happy to buy this vehicle. I guess I should start out with a compliment. At first I had asked, was if somebody could FaceTime me and go over the vehicle so I could make sure that it was exactly what we wanted, and they have the sales person point out any major ding stand scratches are blemishes and just be honest with me about the overall vehicle because I wasn’t able to look at it in person. After doing that the gentleman sent me some more detail pictures as I requested so I could send them to my wife after that I’d let them know that I was very interested in the vehicle that I did wanna purchase it and he asked me if I wanted to do a trade-in in which I responded please give me an offer. I will see what we can do. Otherwise, I will just sell my other vehicle private party. Couple hours went by I asked him to run numbers so we could see where we’re at so that way I could provide my own financing in which two hours later I finally got a call stating that “ I have driven the vehicle a couple times to make sure it was perfect and it is having a transmission issue”. Appreciating the thoroughness of the sales person I believed it and I had countered with as long as it’s something that’s fixable or fixed and warranted. I am still OK with going through with the sale of the vehicle because I would know that you couldn’t sell it if it was in operable so please keep me posted and I would still like to run numbers on it. I was told sure no thing I will be back with you tomorrow. Will go ahead and will get the ball rolling never heard back had my phone calls completely ignored had my text messages completely ignored only to find out from the sales manager, because it was taken off line of the vehicle has been sold out from under us to somebody else after investing over six hours of my day, trying to purchase this vehicle from the dealership I was lied to I was unfortunately thrown to a shady sales person that instead of being honest, wanted to lie, and frankly, that’s not a dealership I ever want to do business with. It is very unfortunate to find the perfect vehicle for your family, and have it stolen away because the sales person was so incompetent to do their job that instead of being honest and saying that the vehicle had sold, and may be suggesting a different option they decided to lie about it, and then act like nothing happened. I would 100% suggest taking my business anywhere else but this dealership.

Purchased a 2017 Grand Cherokee from them last week. Overheated on the drive home. Was very low on coolant. Check Engine Light came on over the weekend.Sales Guy (Luis) was great, and has been very responsive, but Service has been giving me the runaround. First they tell me I need to talk to Sales since the car was just purchased, now they tell me loaner vehicles aren't guaranteed and the only way to know if I'll have a car to drive home is to get there first. I live 2 hrs from the dealership, so that's not particularly practical.So as of this moment, I'm stuck with a new car that I can't drive.8/28/23 Update: Turns out, the don't even provide loaners. They provide rentals. They agreed to cover the cost of the rental while they look at my car. So hopefully, things are headed in the right direction. I just wish the left hand knew what the right hand was doing.9/7/23 Update: So, the car they sold me apparently needed a thermostat and a coil pack. I still don't have it back. Either I'm at the back of the line, or they're just that busy. Either way, I'm still driving a rental car.9/11/223 Update: Got the car back on Friday. Same code triggered the Check Engine Light again today. Also a new code from the ABS. So guess it's going back a second time. Been waiting all day for a call back to learn if there will be a rental car available for me.Fun Fact: While it was in the shop, the tech made a service note on how filthy the cabin filter was. I guess he/she didn't know the car was just sold to me like that. If I ever do get this car back, I'm going to have to go through it with a fine toothed comb to truly figure out what I purchased.

Stay away from Quebeaux Buick GMC of Tucson at all costs! They are hands down THE WORST dealership I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with! Do not make the MISTAKE of purchasing a vehicle from them. My personal experience with them was extremely unpleasant, and I regret dealing with them.Their address is 3566 E Speedway Blvd. Tucson, AZ 85716. Their website is qbuickgmc.com, and their phone is 520-7955550. I purchased a truck in June (because of necessity). It was advertised as in perfect condition, and the truck was dirty, with minor scratches not listed in the ad. Additionally, the tires were marketed as in good condition, but they are worn out. That's just the sales department onto the finance department. Jaime at finance is a LIAR; he said that the anti-theft window edging was a requirement by law to add to all the vehicles in Arizona. That is not true, and they charged me $386.00 for something they did not do, and it's not needed. He also said that the extended car warranty cancelation process was easy and refunded within 30 days. I purchased a truck in June and canceled the extended warranty the next day because it didn't feel right. It is now the end of August, and I still haven't received my refund.I made multiple attempts to get help from Jaime, Francisco, Sevian, and Bobby, but they were unhelpful and unprofessional. They should be replaced with honest and competent employees.Do not, I repeat, Do not purchase from Quebeaux Buick GMC of Tucson. It's the WORST new or used vehicle dealership I have ever purchased a vehicle from.

If I could give them less than 1 star I would. The single most incompetent dealer I have dealt with in 20 years. I was offered over $20k for my trade on their website and they offered me only $15k over the phone. I know the original $20k is right as 3 other dealerships offered that. I call it bait and switch. Don't expect them to get back to you in any reasonable time either. I would stay away from them.
