Never take your your care there for any reason. My car was driven 164 miles while in their care and why. I have pictures of the technician in the drive thru at Dutch brothes getting coffee, and the was the car looked afterward.

Quality and fitment of work was sub standard I feel. A lot of small details look like they were done by a professional who does not take pride in work or does not know the correct way to reinstall and refit the body parts/sections.

Overall my experience was Amazing, only missed opportunity would have been better communication on service advisor to keep me updated throughout process or what was missing on the vehicle. I had to call and leave a message to make sure the car was going to be ready on the promised date of the Text message I had received which it was not, I found this out by calling again because my voicemail for a call back was never returned. I needed to confirm the date because I was in a rental and had to make sure that was taken care of as well. However, customer service when you walk in and do intake is great, as well as time of pick up had my paperwork and vehicle ready to go.

I took my daughter's car in for an estimate because the right front bumper and left rear bumper came loose and were flapping around. Chris took it in for inspection and came out a few minutes later with good news. Chris and his guys had me on my way in about 2 hours. The bumpers were attached, secure, and the price was more than reasonable. I would definitely use them again and recommend there services. These guys were great!

Please whatever you do, don’t use this shop. They had me come in three times to drop my car off. Poor communication on their part. Of course each time they were not ready. They had no clue who had called to tell me to come in. Had to fight them on fixing the right taillight. They said it was not covered. Even though the light was not working right ever since the accident. Big run around on that alone. The finish product of their work was horrible and I would not accept delivery twice, the gaps were huge on the trunk lid. To the point you could see inside the trunk from the outside
. They work in the best interest of the insurance company, period. Being recommended by my insurance company was probably bad advice to take. I made my unhappiness known to the collision staff. I was told to keep it down and told my concerns were not relevant. As a retaliatory action they removed all the decals off my back window and gas tank door. Please don’t use this shop. Save yourself the hassle. There are better shops out there.
