I've been locked out for 5 days now and everyday I spend hours on hold trying to make a appointment to come in and nobody will answer unless u press 1 for a new device but then when they find out I'm already a customer they hang up.

SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. This place is a scam, hidden fees, rude employees. They will not answer the phone you have to go in person to get in contact with anyone. Most of the employees are liars and scammers.

great breathalyzer but customer service is trash been on hold for 2 hours now about being overcharged on my payment and no answer nor do they wanna try to fix it
