I’m regretting not looking at the reviews… told me I would have the installation and first month free and only would be paying $20 at first….That SAME day they charged my card $102?? I called the office.. the staff there was very helpful but the customer service is the worst I’ve came across… first they said they would refund my money. I called back 3 days later because I DIDNT get the money and the guy on there said I’d be getting a $200 “credit” and said they’re unable to give any refunds instead of getting my money back ?? If they can steal everyone’s money, they can definitely give it back… I’m sure I will be getting more fines in the future for something that ISNT my fault. Not to mention I was on hold for 35 mins until someone picked up.. BOTH TIMES.. It truly is a SCAM… DONT GO HERE… I never feel the need to leave reviews but I had a strong urge to do so with this place… that should tell you something…

Avoid this company at all costs. Let's start with the beginning. Had my card stolen had to get it replaced, couldn't get a hold of anyone to update it until I left a review. Was then contacted by a representative. They updated it for me and asked that I removed or updated the negative review. I did that. I then reached out to have my calibration appointment set to be serviced at my house due to unforseen circumstances. The resprentative did that, they didn't show up and are now telling me I missed my appointment. To make things better....I cannot get a hold of anyone about this! Do not go with this company, they are absolutely awful and unreliable. They definitely do not care like the company claims.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! VERY VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY HAVE A $250 REMOVAL FEE THEY DO NOT TELL YOU ABOUT. I TRIED TO GET AHOLD OF THE COMPANY FOR 3 DAYS TO GIVE MY MECHANIC A CODE TO FIX MY CAR THEY NEVER ANSWERED OR CALLED BACK. THE GUYS THAT WORK THERE ARE GREAT AND VERY HELPFUL BUT THE COMPANY IN GENERAL HAS POOR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE QUICK TO TAKE YOUR MONEY WHEN YOU ARE SIGNING UP AND THEN THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE AGAIN THEY QUOTED ME A PRICE AND THEN CHANGED THE PRICE AND I COULD NEVER GET THEM ON THE PHONE AGAIN TO GET MY ORIGINAL PRICE QUOTE

Those guys inside the office at Speedway are good, however the business policy unclear, CSR on phone support not answering for more then hour and never call back. Hidden charge to remove device after time is legally done. Not on their website or policy, offered free install and first months.Finally will be charged 150 for simple removal.

The staff inside are very helpful and nice but the customer service when you call sucks. They have not taken payments from me and I’ve been calling them everyday trying to get them to take it and they just keep giving me the runaround and now expect me to pay all the back pay for the payments they have not taken when I’ve been trying to get them to take it. I’ve called everyday and given my card information 3 times.

This place is great! They are absolutely fantastic with their customers and their respect for individuals. Terrible service and not able to reinstate my new vehicle. Wasted 3-4 months of my time and hard earned money only to be let down again without understanding or fully considering my situation lying bout my history reports without giving the client full benefit of doubt and opportunity to make things right. No worries taking my money elsewhere. ??

The staff has been cool, but the company is not willing to work with you at all. I just started a job, waiting for my check, and I'm told my car WILL be locked, and I WILL lose my license because I can not pay until my next visit. All I need is an extension, they own me for a year, I don't see the problem. So I tell them I'll just remove the device myself. So now they've stolen my last $100 to install the damn thing, and I'll lose my license anyway. Thanks a lot to management at this scam of a business. Wouldn't recommend this expensive place to anyone.

They charge you more money than you are supposed be charged. After signing a contract they still will not return my money to me they falsified a document. to me showing them that I have insurance that covers my car completely and I do not need their insurance. I am taking this up with the Attorney General of Arizona for fraud

My camera malfunctioned the second month and it caused a lockout, and the first time I called they had told me they are open 6 days a week without realizing that I am in Tucson. Once I realized the mistake I started thinking oh no here we go...I called and tolf them what happened and the lady tells me oh no proble its not your fault, but fights with me about having to pay a lockout fee...I go to my technicians and they fix it and wave all fees so take that customer service you get a one star but the company gets a 4!!! ;DAND FOR EVERYONE THAT DOESN'T HAVE ONE BUT NEEDS ONE, I HAVE NEVER HAD A FALSE READING AND I DRINK JUICE, ENERGY DRINKS ETC... JUST SAYING.

Their service people are RUDE!!! I see some comments on how "considering the clientele" they are "customer" friendly. Guess what. I'm their customer. It's completely unacceptable to treat people like this no matter what they've done in the past.

2 months in, I haven't had any problems. Install was fast and well done. Check-ups have been easy and fast. Based on the reviews I've seen of other ignition interlock services, this is, by far, the best place available in Tucson. It's not a pleasant experience, of course, but that's hardly the fault of this company. As much as is in their power, they've made it easy and safe. I will update this review if anything changes in the intervening months, but I am hopeful and expectant of a continued pleasant experience.
