When I first moved in the area I dislike the place.becuz I judged not getting used to the service and now the employees are freaking awesome no complaints here.. and the prices are so much better than anywhere else.

Absolutely disgraceful customer service—and that’s putting it mildly.
Yes, the store is dirty, grimy, & rundown to the point of being uninviting; but I could have overlooked that, since most of what they sell is prepackaged anyway. What can’t be overlooked is the hostile attitude and complete lack of basic decency from the staff (or owners—honestly, it’s hard to tell who’s who when everyone behaves so abrasively).
Reading the other reviews, it’s clear this isn’t just a one off “bad day” scenario. This place has a pattern: abrasively rude, aggressive, unprofessional behavior toward people in the store, trying to move about their day. We're not talking about just slightly rude—I'm talking about over-the-top reactions to the simplest questions. When someone politely asks for a cup of water—in Arizona, during a 100°+ day—maybe don’t act like they’ve asked you to hand over a kidney. It’s water, not gold. Calm down.
Truly- who pissed in your cornflakes & why are you trying to take it out on everyone walking in the door? That kind of bitter attitude doesn’t just drive customers away—it makes people remember you for all the wrong reasons.
Treating people with decency is free. When you choose to be nasty to others, it says more about you than anything else & how you treat others says everything about who you are.
Kindness costs nothing—but the karma you earn from cruelty will cost you everything.
There are definitely cleaner, friendlier, more professional places all around—run by people with actual integrity. I’d strongly recommend spending your money somewhere that reflects the values you want to see in the world. This place doesn’t deserve your business and won't be getting mine.

Get your stuff and move along, some of the reviews say that the people there are rude, but I think if you're trying to be in and out it's perfect. No I don't want to chat, I want my stuff and to go, so thank you for not chitchatting with the person in front of me.

Like others have said, most of the staff are lazy and rude. Everything is an inconvenience, which is ironic, because it's a convenience store. Someone should remind them that. The older ladies are pretty cool, but every dude that works there has a bad attitude and clearly hates their lives.

Very dirty store no staff to even see I walked in the store and ask for a refill and not only that I had a backpack on so the lady thought I was somebody else I guess very rude and impolite nobody should act that way 0 she should be fired from her job

One of the dirtiest stores in town. No cash back, rude cashiers. I only go here for gas as I believe Techron is the best.

Somebody needs to call the health department on this store for refusing people a cup of water who cares if they're helpless and homeless this is Arizona it's freaking hot outside by any means it's a good store it's not a fan of Coke products but it brings back the old school soda and products

I just left the store. I bought coffee here. It was cold. The clerk insisted that it was not cold that it should be hot and that it was fresh made. When I told her that it was not she turned her back to me and started doing some other work. When I asked you what the microwave was she running and pointed she did not say she was sorry. She did not make a fresh pot.

Big mike is nice and has cleaned the place up good food clean store nobody outside asking for money seems to be more of a store than an eye sore.

Never go to this place I have no idea of how or why this place is still open. They have the most dishonest people working for them. And the owners don’t care. This place steals from people and then the employees threaten to call the cops on you when you confront them. I hope this location gets shut down soon. This is the second time and the last time as I will not go there again. Karma will get these “employees” who steal from people I do believe that.

My experience here has been good, employees have alwayz been super helpful and friendly towards me. Its my local neighborhood store im always coming in several times a week and each time haz been a pleasure. Thank you every one ??
