Worst QT in Tucson. Staff is rude and hired security just stands around.

Watched the security guard at 11.30pm on February 2, 2025 follow a woman off property cursing at her and accusing her of stealing after she showed him her receipt. Totally unnecessary and crossing the line to follow a single woman down the street intimidating her. Awful! He needs to be fired! This is not first time I’ve seen him intimidating women. On 1st and Glen in Tucson.

The manager tonight refused to let me use the bathroom it was exactly 9 pm. And he lied to my face and told me he couldn’t unlock the bathroom when he has a badge and a button to unlock it. Managers shouldn’t be lying maybe cooperate would love to hear that this manager is lying to the companies customers. Have the day you deserve. All he had to do was unlock the bathroom. Good to know he thought I was homeless.

It is the worse gas station. they make their gas pump doesn’t accept debit cards so we have to see the cashier in hope we buy something else which is NOT convenient.

I've never had a bad experience at any QT in Arizona until yesterday. I was given a coupon for a free cold or hot drink from a QT station in the Phoenix area; it's valid until the end of 2024. I just put $20+ of gas in my car and gave tbe coupon to my friend. He called me from inside the store and asked me to come in. The cashier was short with me, rude and quite frankly arrogant. She told me the coupon had already been scanned and we couldn't use it. I was floored by how spoke to me and how she glared at me. I remained calm because there was a security guard at the front entrance. I was floored with her attitude that I wasn't even thinking straight otherwise I would have asked to speak to a manager. This happened on July 4, 2024, between 3pm-4pm. I'm sure they could go through the security tape to see and probably hear our interaction. My friend paid for the soda and we left. I hope the manager has a discussion with this young lady because customer service isn't her strong suit. She doesn't represent the countless other excellent clerks working at QT in this or any other stores that I've been to. I will continue to go to QT. I'm an honest person and do not appreciate someone insinuating that I am anything otherwise. I am also over 60 years of age and don't have time to be gaming the system especially over a soda. Reading other reviews regarding this QT location, it confirms that my interaction was NOT an isolated incident.

Went in and the "assistant" manager ANI had me thrown out for no reason other than I had reported her previously to corporate. She cussed me inside the store and accused me of being someone that I certainly am not. I have reached out to corporate once again as well as the CEO. She should be terminated after this stunt of hers. No idea how she was even hired in the first place. As a retail manager myself this was a disgrace to a company that's been around since 1958! Legal action may be commenced. If you have had any negative experiences FIGHT BACK ! Corporate won't know unless you contact them.

Restroom closes at 9pm. Not convenient for late night long distance drivers. If you need a restroom stop with your fuel stop, keep going.

Don't go here on a Saturday night at midnight! Super scary customers, lots of drug users, sketchy tweakers, and homeless. Only QT I have been to with a security guard but it is obviously needed. I love QT but this one is in a terrible area, at night anyways.

QT on Glenn and 1st is a refuge. Here is a place to shelter from the burning hellscape of asphalt and concrete called central Tucson. Step through the gates of this establishment into the cool and welcoming environment. Browse through the most extensive energy drink collection in the southwest, or grab a gourmet hotdog fresh from the rack. The staff here will treat you better than your own family will does, and the manager, Melody, does everything to make sure that consumer utility is maximized at this illustrious firm. This place always has a security agent who is willing to do whatever it takes to protect company assets and customers from the bandits who often roam this area.The gas is always cheaper than anywhere else in town, and most importantly it is makes my car run! They have an abundance of gas pumps, and you can be sure of a peaceful experience while using them.Tucson can be a scary place some times, and the process of purchasing an energy drink can often be daunting. But due to the tireless efforts of the employees here, you can always get a great caffeine boost here with little to no stress. Never in the entire history of commerce, has there been a gas station as well run as this QT, and, unfortunately, I seriously doubt there will ever be another one of tantamount quality.
