One of there employees times paying customers that use the bathroom and rush them out if he feels they have taken to long. Extremely frustrating and unprofessional behavior.

Every week they run out of xyience energy drinks, they either don't stock them(I have had to ask them to get some from the back) and/or they never order enough. So like 2 days out of the week you can get them. It's ridiculous already.

There is an employee who has blonde hair in a short pony tail with glasses he made the absolute most amazing pizza and pretzels today 10/10 would recommend this store and this employee for future jobs, promotions, raises.

Friday, 03Nov23 @6pm.Urgently needed to use the restroom. Unfortunately since one of the toilets is closed off, l had to wait for the other to clear.It was abundantly obvious, that the staff of this QT doesn't expel a whole lot of effort into cleaning and maintaining the men's restroom.Upon entry to the restroom, the beyond full waste receptacles at the sink clearly demonstrated the lack of staff attention to detail.The toilet stall was equally cringe-worthy. I'm not just talking about the immediate trash on the floor. I'm taking about the several months worth of accumulated filth on the back of the door. I'm also talking about the noticable hard water stains of mineralisation where the toilet plumbing has been rather obviously continuously leaking above the seat.Seriously if I can go in there and in less than 5 seconds see all these problems, how is it that the people who work here and supposedly pretend to clean the restroom multiple times a day (hopefully) and are somehow oblivious to the same observations?I was shocked to find these conditions at any QT. QT normally sets the industry standards for clean restrooms and this sorry dump obviously isn't displaying adherence to the most minimal of cleaning or hygienic standards.It's rather obvious that incompetent staff doesn't clearly do their job and it's further obvious that "management" isn't properly managing the staff or the facilities.VAST room for improvement!Where's the pride?

all the employees are great except for the fat dude with the pencil mustache. super weird vibes and negative looks to people. visibly made others uncomfortable from comments he’d make towards customers standing in front of him. Fat mexican dude with a pencilstache. can’t miss him.

They will take your money and they don’t care.I bought some beer that turned out to be rancid. I tried to return it for an exchange but I was denied.Never shopping here again. That’s theft.After reading several comments I’ve concluded that I’m not the only one. Whenever they mess up or sell someone something, they refuse to refund or exchange it.Good riddance QT. Hope you go out of business

I love the pineapple ice cream at QT and I have ordered it quite a bit at several locations over the last few months. But I have never had someone make it literally half and half split down the middle of the cup. It's perfect! It's always been vanilla on the bottom and pineapple on top. I have asked for it to be switched once, but I didn't ask this time.

Service is nice but the kitchen here is abysmal. Slow, unmotivated workers who had me and my roommate waiting for 45 minutes for a grilled cheese and a pretzel. There are much better Quiktrips in Tucson. Give this one a pass.

This is a really clean store, staff is very friendly and always in a positive mood. Samuel S. Is amazing and very friendly. I always go here from my soda I have in the evening
