The workers here are incredibly rude. I walked in with a refill cup, showed it to the guy that worked there and the security guard, and they nodded at me. I witnessed people stuffing products in their pants while I was refilling my drink, and I went up to the checkstand. Sadly after I was done paying for my drink the guy behind the counter was snotty and told me I didn’t notify him of my refill when I came in, and accused me of lying. I told him if he was too stupid to remember a minute ago when I came in and showed it to him, verbalizing it wouldn’t have made a difference. It’s only this location! I’ve never had any issues at any other location. If you’re a middle-aged, Caucasian male, you might want to stay away from this location because they might accuse you of stealing a refill cup while crackheads are filling their pants up with product. Not only that there’s no policy that you have to tell them when you walk in. I guess there’s just different rules for people dependent on the color of your skin!

Pulled in simply to fuel up. We paid at the pump so we never entered the store, as a result we never made contact with the dreaded security guard.

I went to shop here yesterday, never had someone make me feel so uncomfortable I thought security were there to help but all we got was harass.kept following us around the store just for a 1$ Arizona tea than proceeded to follow us outside so I waved at him. We came back for gas the next day and told us to leave that we were trespassed.

Your security guard takes stuff a little too serious was following me around the store acting like I was going to steal 🤣. I walk to the register and pay for my things walk away and told him to have a good day. 8/15/2024
I went back again today to pump gas so I went inside to pay for gum and my gas and bro tells me to leave the store. Maybe hire a security guard who isn’t so racist.

They are a gas station with a large store inside. It was clean, had a huge selection of food stuffs and friendly staff.

Went to get my usual breakfast item (scrambled egg power bowl) to find out they stopped making breakfast items at 10am. So then, why do you offer other breakfast items on your menu???🤔. Bring all breakfast items back on the menu, not everyone eats breakfast in the morning. Sincerely, a former customer!

The newest QT in Tucson. Has 16 gas pumps and all the amenities that QT's afford.Has the new ice and water dispenser on the back of the building as well.So far a clean establishment and no guards like most of the other locations. The staff is friendly and the service is quick.Always clean bathrooms which is a plus for the traveler of I-10.

I've been a regular since the place opened almost. in the beginning it was good both with cakes and with coffee for milk. It's been 7 days since the workers didn't refill the cream milk sweet. I don't know what is happening and what their store manager is doing to them. that means the donut is stale and not as fresh as it was in the beginning.
