Horrible owner! I wish I could rate lower. I took my rainbow to this gentleman and he was very nice and quickly ordered parts for me. I was to return when they came in but unfortunately I had unforseen medical issues and unexpected deaths in my family that prevented me from going back soon. When I remembered that the parts where in, I called to explain the issue and that I would be in to get it repaired. After the repair, my wife picked up and paid with no problems. When I used my aquamate, it didn't work. I called to get his advice, not accusatory in the least, and he proceeded to tell me that it wasn't his fault and how he wanted to tell me not to come back since I took so long to get the repair done due to my recent hardship. He cursed at me while yelling about how I never called like some psychotic girlfriend. Not only do I NOT recommend, but caution you before thinking of using this place. Now I have a shampooer that worked fine before I took it in to only have the belt replaced and cover swapped. . I have never wrote a poor review like this but this is the worst experience I have ever had in customer service. **update** opened up the machine myself and found that the sprayer hose was kinked in between the casing and the base preventing the water from coming out. Since the repair required the guy to remove the casing, I'm sure this was not just a factory error but one on his part. If I could post a pic, I wud. A little bit of pride in one's work, business, and customer service would have solved everything and not caused me to feel cheated out of $130.

It is a home... the owner personable. Access from Alamo rd. Then double back... coming from the west like a frontage rd, south side of 22nd St... large tree on Corner of lot. Small Rainbow (blue) Sign hanging off building. New and used items/parts.
