Worst hotel ever! Dirty, run down, and shocked that Ramada allows them to run such a bad hotel ... ruined the Ramada brand for me ... will never stay at a Ramada again.

Front Desk Service Was Professional , No Hot or Continental Breakfast Available But A Brown Bag With 1 Fruit , 1 Muffin , 1 Juice Was Available, The Room Wasn't The Cleanest , Carpet Had A Hole or Tear In It , Fire Sprinkler Was Separated From The Ceiling , The Vent Was Also Separated From The Ceiling , Lights Between The Beds Didn't Turn On I Noticed A Surge Protector On The Floor Under The Bed With The Light Plugs , Unplug From It , Paint Peeling In The Bath / Shower On The Ceiling and Walls , Gap Between The Entrance Door and Door Frame , Bed and Pillows Were Decent , As The Old Saying " You Get What You Pay For " I Thought I Would Get Something Better

I've been coming back for 5 years now when attending the G&LW Gem show and because of its proximity to JOGS and Kino Park Shows. I've seen a lot of ownership changes in these last 5 years. The staff are pleasant and helpful. Leslie at the front desk was quite friendly and helpful as I had a few questions about some changes I had observed. The quality of "quests" has changed, and they no longer serve a hot breakfast. Guests get a paper bag with a fruit, apple sauce, a muffin, and coffee. You need to ask for milk and orange juice from the attendant. Blame it on health issues, difficulty with hiring and proximity to the border (need I elaborate), but this hotel has seen better days. There has been a definite attempt at refurbishing by Ramada, but I can not recommend this hotel anymore to out of town guests who expect a vacation feel when attending the Tucson Gem Show. I'm not generally picky, but there were a lot of "quests" that seemed confused with their surroundings. This caused a definite challenge to my comfort level. However, I like the convenience to the Gem Show venue in the area and will probably be back here again next year.

Awful. The room smelled really bad (in spite of me having a cold) and the air conditioner was really loud (the loudest I have ever heard). To top it all off, there was no hot water. In short, it sucked staying there.

I stayed Feb 27 thru Mar 3rdThe building and room were both very nice looking (recently remodeled) and clean upon arrival. I want to give 4 stars but there were a couple of issues I had. Staff was very friendly, no complaints there. The water in the shower was barely warm and day 2 I noticed a button on the nozzle that increased the temp a bit, but not enough to say it was a hot shower.Jacuzzi was out of order awaiting repair, but I was told the pool was heated. Lol it was pretty cold water. Only a few daring kids got in.I still managed to sleep good and enjoy my stay so 3 stars with room to improve.?

They're still in the middle of a renovation. My room was 90% done. The shower/bath tub still needed to be finished. The rest of my room looked really nice, new carpet, contemporary furniture, and a nice little walk in area before you entered the bathroom. Hopefully they get their room key machine fixed soon.

First if all the description says tucson airport and that is a bit of a stretch. It's about a 6 minute drive from the airport. It's close to I10 which is convenient. The property is off the main road and tucked back a little bit which I thought was kind of nice. There are secure gates to get into the main property and the rooms are decent for what your paying. Beds were comfortable but could use some extra pillows and blankets. Our room had a small patio (no seats or table) but the sliding glass door made it easier to access our car instead of walking around through the gates. Would I stay here again...sure I would. Nice place and price wasn't bad

Haven’t stayed yet as we have been waiting for our room for 3 1/2 hours. Had to vacate our house as some work we were having done was raising a lot of dust . Call the desk and was told we get an early check in 12:30. It is now 4:10 and we have been told for the 4th time “It will be 10 more minutes.” What we have seen looks nice ?

Ramada contracted with Arizona Painting Company to repaint the entire exterior of their building, and they have still not paid the final amount due. They changed property management companies after the project was completed, and neither the owner of the establishment or the new property manager (Prospera Hospitality) has returned any phone calls, emails, or responded to the formal demand letter that was sent. Thousands of dollars are still owed to Arizona Painting Company and this experience has been awful. How can a hotel even stay in business or take care of their customers if they can't even pay their contractors. Do not stay here.

Rooms look modern and comfortable. Little wall unit AC struggled to keep toom cool. Somebody tried to get in my room while I was in it. Fan in bathroom never shut off until morning. Plus the fridge died in the night and my cold stuff was not cold. The smell was horrendous and ruined my perishables.

If I'm looking for a hotel to stay I'd be very cautious of staying at a hotel that doesn't pay vendors when they completed contracted work! My company painted this hotel and completed it early this year. We've made numerous attempts to reach out to the ownership and the property management company with ZERO response. They owe us over $36,000 and so far have been unwilling to pay. The manager on-site has been very responsive, but unfortunately it is out of her hands as her bosses refuse to communicate and pay the bill they agreed and signed a contract for.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL! We painted this hotel in and the building owner is ghosting us and not paying us the amount due of over $36,000 for work we did earlier in 2022. We have tried multiple times to work with the hotel General Manager and reached out to the owner several times and they are now non-responsive and we still have not been paid. We will remove this review upon full payment so if you still see it then we still are unpaid.

Overall the room was pretty good. Bed was comfy, decor was nice and modern. Lobby is nice and staff was very friendly!!! But the room did need some attention. The carpet had multiple stains and the bathroom ceiling appeared to have had a leak at one time. Photos added

My stay was excellent, I stayed just a single night with a king room, the T.V. wasn't centered in front of the bed which was annoying but not really a big issue. They don't look great from the outside but once inside they are nice, I really enjoyed the room, it looked really nice, it had a nice little loveseat that me and the boyfriend cuddled on and watched T.V. the shower had good water pressure, it had a shower head that I could change the way it sprayed from the standard to a "massage" spray which I tend to prefer. The room was clean. This biggest issue I had was no closed off Balcony, it just opened up into the parking lot, luckily the door locked very securely. We went up and ate breakfast in the morning and while it wasn't world shatteringly good, I still enjoyed it very much... Stay here, it's worth the bit extra you might pay compared to the other similarly priced places its a great deal

The price is why I keep coming back. But ever since it's been under new management they did a phenomenal job cleaning up the place of homeless activity. Rooms have been completely updated. Making your stay ever the more comfy.
