The gentleman looked at my bike on site and fixed it like in 10 min. He explained to me what was wrong and showed me. Also, he didn't rip me off and only charged 20 bucks. My definite go to for my bike from now on.

We had the most incredible experience with this bike shop. The owners and their staff helped us on multiple occasions and always went above and beyond to get what we needed and within our budget. They are a local family with high school/college kids of their own. You can be comfortable knowing that they will assist your college student with anything they need even if you can’t be there. They took my son’s old bike as a trade in against the cost of a new larger bike for his 6’5” height. When there was an item we needed that they didn’t carry, they ordered it and had it ready in two days. I’d rather shop local when we can and will always go to them first from now on. Don’t shop anywhere else for all of your and your students’ bike needs.

If I could give it a million stars I would! My little brother and I came in to fix his bike before he heads off to college! Erik was absolutely amazing and super helpful to us! The best experience I’ve ever had. So grateful for him!

New in town, walked in to RC Bicycles.
Great guy, knowledgeable named Erick. Took care of my bike and I can’t be happier. Fixed my bike like new. I’ll be sure to recommend and return.

I came to get my bike tire repaired and they didn’t bother to tell me that there was another issue with bike that made it unusable. I called back and they said they don’t do repairs as a “courtesy.” I wasn’t asking for a courtesy because of course I would’ve paid! But now I need to make another trip out somewhere. Oh and I paid $7.28 for “labor” that took less than 10 minutes. Which wouldn’t be so bad if they had given me a heads up that I wouldn’t be able to ride the bike after.

I recently visited RC Bicycles after experiencing issues with my bike, which had been serviced at a neighboring shop. Upon my arrival, Eric promptly examined my bike and provided a quote that was less than half of what I was previously charged. His professionalism, helpfulness, and friendly demeanor were outstanding. The service I received at RC Bicycles was exceptional, and I highly recommend this shop to anyone in need of bike repairs. We bought a new bike for the year and were promised a buy back at half of what we paid. We were offered $40 for a bike we paid over $300 for. The $40 included the helmet and lock, which totaled more than that new! This place is a rip off. If you are buying a bike in Tucson, do not expect them to be fair on the buy back!!

I seldom do reviews, but I was in Tucson recently and had a chance to ride a few days. I was able to rent a decent bike and have some fun in bike friendly places. The return policy was clear and staff was more than helpful. I’ve been told where to go in many bike shops. These guys are old school and much appreciated. Thanks
