Amazing smoothies!!! They have a lot of items to choose from and they're all so yummy. It's a little pricey but it's well worth it! Especially if you get the after workout formula :)

When I come in after 8pm they always say their juice machine isn't working or they are out of fruits. This used to be a good location... will not be returning. Whoever is managing this location is doing a horrible job.

I don't know the employees name but I greeted him when I walked in, made our yogurts and proceeded to the register he asked if we were going to pay cash or charge I replied cash and and promped the computer for a credit card transaction. before he cancelled the transaction I saw it said $19.23 on the screen. then he rings it up again and my new total for the very same items was $23.23? Confused on the price increase I hand him $24.00 and he hands me .65c back. knowing something is up I had asked for a receipt the employee walks away from a open cash draw looking for receipt paper. Unsuccessful in finding it he tells us they don't have anymore paper so with my phone I reached over the computer and take a photo of the screen as he procedees to give me back $3.00 before I could even question the difference in price. Seems to me he was trying to pocket the $3.00 because he didn't want to give us a receipt to show what the real price was. I will not be patronizing this establishment any longer because of rotten fruit on different occasions and now this

Woulda been nice if my $6 smoothie was actually filled, there was a noticeable gap at the top of the cup...shake was good but service was meh, not too friendly or inviting...there's other smoothie shops around so I won't be rushing back anytime soon

Just left here and will never return!! The girl behind the counter just tried to charge me for an açaí bowl...$16.25?!?! For one!! At first I'm like hm ok maybe it's just an expensive one but then I got to thinking sobol who by the way homemakes their granola is no more than $10 and when I saw her put some type of green pumpkin seed granola on top I had to stop her, asked her to see the receipt and saw that it was $10.95 and she charged me an additional $5 for whatever reason...all I wanted was a traditional açaí bowl with strawberries, bananas, blueberries with granola and a drizzle of coconut and honey on top..even the Babylon bean doesn't charge that or any other place that sells açaí bowl. I asked for my money back and left. Never again.

This is the best smoothie place I have ever been. I never really branch out places, and get the same thing everywhere, but I LOVE the smoothie I get and they are always willing to help me add or take fruits and ingredients out when I want to try. The service is super quick and the employees are super friendly! I go every day...whoops!!

Decent place, we liked it alot when they first opened but now the staff looks like they just rolled out of bed, on the phone most of the time, always employee friends hanging around and the place is dirty the past three times we have been here. Only reason for 2/5 is because the product is great but we will give this location one more chance before changing to a different froyo store.

I love smoothie factory. I've been here several times over the past few years and they set the bar very high every time I visit. The smoothies and juices are delicious and they offer many ways to customize to achieve exactly what you're looking for. The staff is super knowledgeable and can help make suggestions as well. On top of that, they have a great selection of supplements and fitness clothing to help you reach your health and wellness goals. Conveniently located right by the University of Arizona campus, Smoothie Factory is a must stop for anyone looking to live a healthy lifestyle.

I have had red mango before. Specifically the shake I always order. It wasn't mixed properly, still chunks of ice and not didn't have a shake substance feel to it. Very watery maybe from the unblended ice. Not sure if milk was added or not. It needed to be thicker. Shake took 20 mins to make and it wasn't busy. Not sure about this location... the staff was very friendly.

The cold-pressed juices are AH-MAZING! The mega-vitality and the ginger ninja are my favorite. They use the freshest ingredients and the staff is always super friendly and knowledgeable.

This has to be one of the worst places I have encountered. I'll start with only the highlights...SLOW SERVICE. We were the second customer in the restaurant and although the employee acknowledged us, it still took over 10 min to finish the first order (only one item) and then on our order it took nearly 15 min to make (one sandwich and one juice). CROSS CONTAMINATION...I asked if he would cut my sandwich in half and he used the same knife he had been using on a smoothie bowl (the first customers order) to cut my chicken sandwich. I have no allergies, but it was weird to have little chunks of pineapple and banana on my chicken sandwich. PRICES...I paid $9 for a beverage (juice, no powders) and $5 for a chicken sandwich. Overall it wasn't that much, but it seemed odd to pay double for a drink...I think mentally it would have been better to pay $9 for the sandwich and $5 for a drink. DIRTY AND UNMAINTAINED...the store was cluttered with shirts and boxes of protein powders. Some were in the process of being unboxed and just left open. The shelves were crammed and unorganized. The little sitting bar where we waiting for 15 min while he heated precooked chicken for my sandwich was covered with magazines and stuff which we pushed aside, only to watch all of the cross contamination happen right in front of us, it was really dirty. And while we were waiting we tried a sample of the frozen yogurt which slopped out in a liquid mess, not frozen at all. I mentioned it to the employee and he said the yogurt machine is always broken and never works. I suggested that maybe a sign would be useful explaining that it doesn't work because it splashed chocolate fro yo on the front of my shirt (luckily it was a dark colored shirt). He said that would be a good idea....hmmmmm?. It was a strange experience and I can honestly say I would NEVER return, but my daughter and I laughed the entire rest of the day about what a great project this store would be for a business class because there is so much room for improvement.
