I went into the store looking for a specific type of boot and the associate there was helpful and brought me a couple pair to try on. He also helped me find the right insole.

I don’t recall the gentleman’s name but he was very helpful with providing me with as much detail as possible on each work boot the store had to offer. He was there to help through the whole process and got into the boot that works best for my feet, GREAT experience!!

Brought in my boots due to worn out soles. Got them resoled for a little over half price of new boots. Took about 3 weeks, as they had to send them off-site.

I knew what I was looking for when I went in, but the clerk was very helpful with measuring my feet to ensure a good fit. I bought a 2nd pair of boots as well when I saw a deal that was just to good to pass up.

Employee Josh, piss poor attitude and especially customer service. Not sure if it’s his caucasity that fuels is arrogance, but he could use a serving of humble pie. Walked out because of his horrendous attitude. Treated us as an inconvenience, spoke to us in a belittling manner. Josh at the Oracle and AutoMall location has no place working in retail, let alone customer service. Red Wing has lost a long time customer thanks to this arrogant jerk.

I LOVE Red Wing! The man working there was very understanding and helpful. He did a scan of my feet and got me the correct size shoes. We tried 3 or 4 pairs on and I found the perfect shoe. Thank you so much for helping me!!

Best boot experience I've had. Whent in today with an idea of what I wanted. Whent home with much more. I did the foot scan and got the inserts,what a difference. Thank you Mario for showing me the scanner and taking your time with me.

Josh was very patient as I tried on several boots. He explained the details of the fit system and gave me advise on how to improve my fit. Several other customers come in while my husband and I were trying on boots. Josh was able to meet all their needs with a friendly and calm demeanor.

Rude reddish bearded sales guy ! I should have walked out immediately. My husband was looking for an everyday comfortable shoe. He has had Red Wings in the past and knew they fit him well. He found two styles he liked, I asked the guy if he could possibly get me both styles in the size he always wears. The sales guys response was super rude. I was expecting sure, no problem which ones etc. Nope, he responded with "what !" not "what" like I didn't understand you. "What" like which ones and how dare I ask him for help! I looked at him with disbelief. He then rephrased it. Still not in a cordial tone asking which ones.That is when I should have walked out. Red Wings are fairly expensive shoes and to be treated like that is a no go for me. My husband was still hopeful to find something he liked. The same guy measured him. After the two pair of shoes he tried on weren't a great fit, the sales guy told him he might need to just go to a bigger pair and wear a thicker sock to make up for one foot being slightly wider.Really? I will be buying them online now!

Not very good sales service but good selection. The salesperson working at noon on Monday Nov 7th had a tendency to talk and talk when I was explaining what I needed. He then said that they can only bring out two boots at a time, which is fine, but he said I needed to make a final decision on the boots I was trying on right then and there and said he wouldn’t bring them back out again later if I wanted to try them again a second time! The timing when coordinating between multiple customers wasnt great either. Suggestion, get one customer the shoes they want to try on them while they’re doing that go and ring someone up, switch. I’ve been to the other location and the service was bang on, super good. This one did fix himself up later on during my shopping and improved a lot but wow saying he wouldn’t bring out a shoe I had already tried on to try on a second time, like that’s crazy.
