We knew we wanted a Casper Dream Max mattress, and RTB was the only place in town that had them in their show room so that we could try it out. Darren, the store manager, was there and he was amazing! He was a fount of knowledge about mattresses, foundations and pillows, and he asked great questions about our needs. Everything about the purchase and delivery was excellent. This is the second item I've purchased from RTB and both experiences have been stellar. I highly recommend!

Salesman was great. Friendly and courteous. Service is terrible. After three weeks, I still haven't been told when I can expect the chairs to be shipped to the local store. I don't want the chairs anymore. You keep them. Don't ship them to me. Just return my money. Cancel the order.

I love everything about Relax The Back stores in Tucson! Besides having the highest quality products (that you can actually try), the staff members are very knowledgeable and try to find an exact match for whatever you may need. The best part is that they don't push you in your decisions. I've purchased a few different items from RTB and will go back for future purchases as well.

Darren was very knowledgeable and helpful. I've dealt with Relax the Back for several purchases over the years and I've been very pleased with my items: chair cushions, pillows, recliner and now an office chair! The professionalism and knowledge of all the staff I've dealt with has been superb! Product quality is excellent. High marks all around!

I think a sale is more important than actually helping the customer get what he actually needs. Give them whatever just make the sale and if you can make it more expensive the better. I tried out the display pillow and said this is what I want and the salesperson actually brought me a completely different and more expensive pillow and runs it up. That's been my experience. Won't go back.

Con is 125.00 for delivery fee after you pay a large amount for the chair. Pro we have only had the chair 24 hrs. Not being broke in , it isn't as comfortable as the one in the store. My husband talked to the sales representative. He did the suggestions that where offered to help break in the chair. Now the chair is more comfortable. So far so good

Horrible customer service! Young fella assumed that we couldn't afford to buy their products and did not offer us to seat on their massage chairs to try them out even thought he saw me and my wife looking at them and instead told us that we should not let our kid touch the control panels for the chairs.

I went in knowing what I wanted, an X-Chair--and I came away with just the right one for me. Darren showed me all four models--the features of each and what I should consider. I selected the right model, added three options I wanted, then got my chair fully assembled about a week later. I could not be more pleased with the outcomes. Professional, courteous, thorough. Awesome.

Wow! We recently purchased a zero gravity chair from these folks and were absolutely pleased and impressed with the whole process. Prior to buying, we visited both of their store locations and noted that all of their personnel were friendly, attentive and very knowledgeable about their products. Absolutely no type of high pressure sales tactics were ever used. Also, the two delivery gentlemen were very careful while bringing the chair in and setting it up. In addition, the price we paid was right in line with what was available on the internet but we get the benefit of hometown service. Kudos to Relax the Back!

Great experience. I was not pressured to buy anything. I was able to try some of their chairs and sleep systems. They took the time to answer my questions thoroughly. I will definitely be returning.
