I was double charged on my card for a payment. When I brought it to the attention of the store, they stated that they didn’t see it in their computer when I clearly showed them my banking statement. The payment was processed twice. They said they will speak with manager but they’re not sure what could be done.

I've never been in a Rent-A-Center but I own a business and was looking for some televisions for an event we had coming up. I was impressed with the store and the service. Enough so I tried to convince Jeff the manager to come work for me. I ended up buying what I needed instead of renting due to concerns the televisions would end up damaged (they did) but I often tell clients to check them out when they're in need of something.
