Cashier Jenny has NO customer service skills, not polite at all, very rude no interaction at all. With customers. She told me “come on” instead of proceed forward. Just through receipt at me and didn’t say say thank you come back again. I’ve been doing business here for years if customer service continues like this I will do business elsewhere management please train staff properly.

This place is a joke. If you have a 6 am delivery appt don’t come here until 620 cuz you’ll be lined up in the street in a dangerous situation. Mgmt apologized for the issue in the reviews since months but didn’t do nothing about it

Do not go here for food !
The worst poor quality I have ever eaten in a very long time. Zero care, zero quality , extremely poor presentation, very typical garbage Tucson bar food !

Checked in 6:21 out 7 am appt was 6am gate open 6:16 am fast unloading

They schedule 06:00 deliveries and don’t even open their gate at 06:00 leaving us drivers in a DANGEROUS SITUATION with thier delivery docks being directly off an exit ramp and cars flying by at 55-65mph just inches off your trailer!
If you can’t open at 06:00 DONT SCHEDULE THOSE DELIVERY TIMES but the best part of this whole mess is I arrived at 05:50am at the locked gate that didn’t get unlocked an opened until 06:10 then it took another few minutes to get assigned a door and when checking in she marked me being LATE FOR MY DELIVERY AT 06:18am

It takes a long time to give you the door, about 5 hours to download. My appointment was at 8:00 tomorrow and I left at 1:15 pm. It is a very poor place.

Terrible place to deliver at
Came early waited 4 hrs to get to appt time as lady told
Then she has her own attitude to unload and didnt start unloading even at apt time
8 dry load pallets took 6 hrs to unload
Terrible experience hire more workers and smart one who can help truck drivers because of whome u guys have work place to work at
Sealed trailer need to be counted just count the pallets
Thats not issue of driver just sign our paper we will leave just talk to shipper later on if u guys have any issue
Bad experince with this unloader lady with attitude 😒
Please do ur job seriously
They are so busy in talking to eachother and not working

If you have a 6am appointment don’t think you can check in early. Lady don’t come to the gate untill 6:10 entrance is on the side so no parking close, no overnight only had 6 pallets to deliver. Only positive is docks are super easy and have more than enough room to move around

Not sure what is going on in the poultry section lately. The last 2 times I've gone, there is zero chicken breast, the entire chicken section is picked over, boxes opened, and today, the chicken water was dripping out of the boxes onto the floor and other cases.
I walked out of there empty handed both visits- a blow to my business when I can't purchase product.

Your guys is application processes an absolute joke. Twice I have been selected for an interview and I am unable to schedule one on the website.Given every time I try to call to speak with a manager.I'm greeted by a lady named Ellis who refuses to let me speak with the manager.It's an absolute joke.You guys are going to lose quality workers.

If you have a Restaurant or food truck the Depot on 22nd and I-10 is the place you need to hook up with. They have everything you need. From great meats to the containers and cups to serve meals and drinks. All pro cookware too.

Not a fun experience. I give it 1 star. It's basically Home Depot but for restaurants. Bulk items... hard to find a lot of things. Giant concrete warehouse, which half of is a giant fridge/freezer. You have to push around this really long, metal cart, because everything is bulk. Good luck finding certain items, because it's tough if you don't know your way around. They may not even have it in stock. Seemed disorganized... Lots of boxes in the walkway. Choose your battles wisely.
