Best storage unit hands down. It’s VERY affordable, indoors, kept very clean, easy to access and best part is the property manager Paul. He’s a very direct no bullshit cool guy, knowing he’s the one in charge of making sure my belongings are kept safe puts me at ease. Terrible communication. I rented a unit easily for my brother and unfortunately was terminated within 24 hours because my brother spent too long going through his stuff. Felt ripped off badly.

They are wonderful! Paul is so friendly and helpful and really goes out of his way to make sure everything is good. The units are super nice, climate controlled, secure, and affordable. Never had any problems whatsoever.

RightSpace Storage has completely gone downhill since NSA Storage took over. I’ve been renting a small 5x9 unit for several years — nothing fancy — and somehow my monthly rate ballooned to $170. That’s outrageous for a unit that hasn’t seen an upgrade since the 90s.
Yes, it’s climate controlled, but that doesn’t justify the cost, especially when there are brand new, modern facilities charging $35 less per month — and much closer to my home.
It’s clear they’re relying on rent hikes to stay afloat instead of investing in the property or customer experience. I’m currently moving out, and honestly, with the way things are going, I don’t see this place lasting much longer unless major changes are made.

Paul, the guy who runs the show in Tucson at the Tanque Verde and Grant Road location has always given us exceptional customer service. He is helpful beyond measure. He always exhibits a willingness to help if there are any problems. This guy really stands out heads and shoulders above most customer service people

I have been with RightSpace for 3 years now and it has been a totally positive experience.I highly recommend this location. *The Pima County Sheriff is right across the Street and so is Bear Canyon Goodwill. If you enjoy hiking , camping or Skiing on Mt.Lemmon this is the perfect place to store all your gear!!The Management is the best.
