I do not appreciate doorstep soliciting by this company when I have a no soliciting notice, pointed it out and then gave them the benefit of my time having been assured they weren’t soliciting. I cannot begin to imagine how poor customer service must be if these are their standards.

The people who work there are extremely rude and non-helpful.They over charge for donated equipment. Not to mention the counter help has no idea what they have in stock.

Was able to pick up a great computer system at a good price. Staff was very helpful. Only real issue is the very limited parking

Went to see about a refurbished and updated laptop. Gentleman there was very kind and helpful. Was able to find one capable of all I needed for under $200.00. That included adding a wireless mouse. Very happy.

Over due on a review for this place. Where to begin. Being a former volunteer for years you can see the underground of the place. Without Cope Community Services the place wouldn't exist as a non~profit. I'd say it's all for profit just to stay open which is understandable. The recycling is a doorway to help the environment in our landfills. That was the reason for volunteering and staying busy in my sobriety. The egotistical Clown of a supervisor across the street always talked about his retirement and not really cared about the yard or the ppl that was working for him. And then on one occasion a employee and I had a difference of a opinion. And wished me dead on a text message. Say what dude? That's when I drawed the line and never returned. Not knowing if it would act out. Without the volunteers that work at the place the outfit couldn't operate.
