As a facilities manager at a local school, I rely on Roadrunner Lock & Safe for all our locksmith needs. They are my go-to for replacing deadbolts and door handles, and I've used them several times. The team at the shop is fantastic, always cutting new keys or rebuilding locks for me whenever needed. Their on-site technicians are equally awesome—professional, efficient, and always get the job done right. Highly recommend!

We took a smart lock to these guys. It had outsmarted us and we couldn't unlock it after we rekeyed it. They fixed it and it works fine now. Great customer service. Friendly, quick.

I broke the key off in the lock of my rifle gun box. Remove the lock, and I took it to Roadrunner Lock and Safe. The representative was able to get key out of the lock. Just had to buy a new key.
Reinstalled, and everything worked perfectly.

Some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Went in to get a car key cut and brought my own key. It cost $65 to cut... Which by the way was the charge for laser cutting which they didn't do so they overcharged on that front. I didn't think to check it in my car there as I mistakenly assumed they knew what they were doing. I got home and it won't turn my ignition. Its cut so poorly I almost couldn't pull it out. I take it back and the guy goes out with some WD40 and then force turns it and gets it stuck. Finally gets it out and then goes back in and grinds on it. Meanwhile under his breath he mutters," All this effort for a key that isn't ours." I paid you $65 for less then 20 minutes work I'd say that's worth (Go work at McDonalds if you hate your job so much buddy.) Then without my knowledge or consent he goes out to my car and is jamming it into my ignition and doing God knows what to fit. He comes back and says it kinda works if you put it in one way but not if you turn the key around and gives it to me. If you guys can't guarantee your work.... Don't do the job. I am going to contact the BBB and anyone else I need to. Keep in mind your customers are far more understanding when not presented with an attitude.

Everything you need that's lock and safe related. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. I went there to get Mul-T-Lock keys made. They also do Medeco. This is where you want to go for high security goods.
